I have read from a lot of people saying it doesn't leave you groggy but if I take more than half a teaspoon I find it makes me that way. I don't take melatonin unless I cant sleep at all or if I am not tired but it starts to work pretty fast no matter how much I take. After reading the few reviews here I figured that I should write one. This is a great product that helps you to sleep. It is not a strong side effect causing sleep aid like most over the counter products. Melatonin is natural to the body and will not cause you to be drowsy the next day. My wife and I love this stuff and take anywhere from a quarter to a full dropper depending upon how much help we need. Another thing that is important to know when taking any natural supplements is that you should keep it in your mouth, preferably under tongue, for a few mintues to increase the effectiveness. Also try to take it when you have not eaten or drank anything for at least 15 minutes. It's a little extra work to take it right, but taking something that is natural to the body and does not have side effects is worth it.
