I'm wondering if orotate since it is the actual pure magnesium, it takes more of it to make an mg??? It's just unusual to see anything in 85 mg. KAL has 200 mg but it's a "large" tablet. So, one has to wonder why the mg is small unless the tablet is really big? Nothing wrong with the product. I love Swanson. Just don't want to have to take more than one cap and with 85 I should probably take two, and with only 60 caps I'd be ordering every month. Orotate is the type of magnesium Dr. Hans Napier recommends as easily assimilated, etc., etc.
