Melatonin really does the trick when it comes to helping me fall asleep. I'll usually take a dosage of 5-HTP along with it both for 5-htp's mood enhancing effects and also so my tolerance doesn't get too high with the melatonin -5-HTP Bulk Powder 10 Grams. I like this product alot. In the past melatonin put me to sleep and I had wished that someone would make a time release. Well someone did, this product is especially helpfull to older people who get up several times during the night for a bathroom break.
