I bought this for my active daughter to calm down in the evenings before bed. I liked that it was organic and limited to just a few ingredients. The taste is mildly sweet and fruity for a "tea," similar to a passion tea flavor. My daughter likes the flavor, but won't drink a whole lot of it at once. I usually end up finishing what's left over. No complaints about that.
