These eggshell membrane caps seem to work a little better than others I have tried and are some what cheaper. They do seem to help with bone aches. You must give them 2-3 weeks to kick in though.
This was my first order of NEM by this company. I have reserved judgment because I wanted to see if there is a difference between this brand and the one I have been buying. After a month, I can say, "No difference." Only cheaper!!! I will order this brand again. I like the significant savings over competitors' prices.
