Hyland Calms is an excellent product. It calms me when I take one or two without making me sleepy. It has been safe for me to use, even with the other medications I take. There are no side affects for me. Just a nice feeling of calm to my nervous tension. It can be used at a higher dose of three tablets to fall asleep. It is an amazing product.

I started getting anxiety attacks a few months back, unable to sleep on most nights and the nervous tension is always waiting for me. MARRIAGE SAVER! Seriously! That's Calms. We are newly married. Due to spouse's generalized anxiety, and inability to sleep through the night he had become extremely irritable and contentious.
