I really like this eyeshade; I am in a line of work that requires I sleep in the day and work at night, and good eyeshades that aren't a foot thick are tough to find. This does the job nicely without making me feel like someone stuck gigantic cotton balls in between my eyes and the mask :-) If you're a daytime sleeper, I definitely recommend these!
