The other thing I didn't like about it was the smell. If you have used 7th Gen products in the past, you might notice this has a familiar smell. It reminds me of their antibacterial wipes and shower spray smells (neither of which I care for, they must use the same fragrance? ...I suppose that means some people may like it I just happen not to). Being pregnant and hypersensitive to smells though the eczema outbreak and smell are enough to keep me from purchasing it again. We are back to Vanicream. Unscented, and has never caused a problem with my youngest's skin, as well as highly rated by EWG.

I'm sure this is a fine product. The description sounded really good. But the smell didn't agree with me. It does not smell like any sunscreen I've ever tried. To me it smells just like Desitin diaper rash cream, very strong minty chemical smell. If you're thinking about trying this, I would suggest finding it at a store to smell it before purchasing!Read Best Reviews of Seventh Generation Baby Sunscreen SPF 30, 3 Ounce Here
This is the only zinc sunscreen that does not make you look like a Japanese kabuki dancer! It goes on smooth, blends well, and does the job of protecting from the sun! It is highly rated on ewg.org as a "safe" sunscreen. Highly recommend!Want Seventh Generation Baby Sunscreen SPF 30, 3 Ounce Discount?
This sunscreen has a EWG score of 1 (good UVB protection, excellent UVA protection, good UVA/UVB balance, excellent sunscreen stability, and low health concerns). We love the scent of it (reminds of the old sunscreens of the 80s). It is a matter of taste, but we really like it. In addition, unlike other safe sunscreens (like Badger or Loving Naturals, both of which we tried), this one is easy to rub in, which makes a huge difference for our kids, who are old enough to apply it by themselves (and in fact, this is an important consideration when they are dropped off at camp). It also seems to withstand sweat and water pretty well (as with most sunscreens, you have to reapply after swimming, but it doesn't seem to immediately wash off as soon as you get into the pool). It provides good protection.
The only downside is that each tube doesn't seem to go as far, probably because it applies so smoothly. The tube is gone in a few weeks instead of having leftover after the summer. Still, it doesn't seem to increase significantly what we spend in sunscreen every summer, and the kids don't put up a fight every time we try to put sunscreen on.
Overall, I would highly recommend it for kids and adults alike.
