I have had TMJ for 30+ years. I have had dentist made mouth guards, splints and even used the boil to fit sports mouth guards. This is the easiest, no boiling, no having to cut it to fit my mouth, no having to build up tolerance to the rub points and no expensive dentist charges. Just pop them in.

Grinding your teeth may be a big "pain" but not with the SleepRight Night guard...this is the least evasive night guard I have used and I find I am able to keep it in my mouth all night long (I tend to spit out some of the bigger ones!). Although it does have a minor taste it doesn't last very long but it's not really necessary since I brush my teeth before using the item. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that has teeth grinding issues.

The night guard did not fit at all. I called the company and they offered to replace it with another size and a more appropriate model (which I was pleased about). However, the replacement, although better than the first, didn't fit very comfortably and made a sore spot on my upper gum. I am giving it a rest and will try using it again. In my opinion, it is better to see an item first hand.
