I LOVE this product. I have been taking Michio Kushi's FSC veg. capsules for 3-months. At first I was skeptical because I'd never heard of some of the superfoods in this product. Well, I gave it a try and this superfood product is FANTASTIC. My skin has become more radiant. My fingernails use to be dull/yellowish, now they are naturally white. I no-longer feel sluggish when I wake-up, I'm energized. My hair has grown twice it's normal length. I can't say enough about this stuff. I've also noticed, that the late-nite cravings are history. So, you know what that means. Yes, I am losing more weight. Of course, I exercise 30-minutes, 4-times a week regularly. After six-weeks of taking this supplement in conjunction with my regular exercising I noticed less bloating. Kushi Family never stop producing this product. It has become my staple supplement. I can't wait to see myself, after another 3-months of taking these macrobiotic supplements. Maybe, I'll try the liquid formula on my next purchase. These things are awsome! really cheap and you get a really nice whole food supplement in gel cap form which is really hard to find!! hope it stays around for a long time!
