This is a good product; I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I'm not crazy about the smell (although it's not bad), and sometimes it doesn't work. It DOES help and sometimes really works well; it's just not 100% of the time. I may not have gotten the hang of just how much to rub in. I'd much rather use this than take sleep aid pills since it's natural and not harmful.

I used a few nights and didn't feel it made any difference. We were away from home for a month and I will give it a try when I get back home.
