I absolutely love this product! In the microwave for 20 seconds and it's perfect for my VERY dry eyes...it helps get the tears moving to lubricate. I recommend this product highly!

I have found all of Nature's Way pack products (the eyepatch, the basic patch and the shoulder pack) to be warm/cool (depends on the use), sturdy and effective. I like how the filling can be adjusted to mold to ones body although they could be slightly fuller. I also wish they would stay warm longer. However, the construction is very quality and should last for some time.

I wouldn't call this amazing, but it works. The scent doesn't last, it makes my eyes sweat, but it does block out light.
