Oh my gosh!!! This supplement has made a wonderful difference for my 6-year-old who has ADHD. The supplement helped with the frustration, anger, agitation, and the need to cause a commotion. L-theanine does seem to take the edge off while at work. the tablets are large. the flavor is a pleasant citrus. i usually allow the tablet to dissolve in my mouth rather than chewing them, this will also get the amino into the system faster and more efficiently.

I really like this stuff. I've performed a lot of research and found this brand to be the best (Suntheanine). It makes me super focused and increases my multi-tasking skills.
