I used this for the first time when I was travelling from United States to India. I am not really sure if it was the drug or the placebo effect of taking one! A lot of my friends take this for sleep problems too. I have tried it but it does not work that well for me.
I like very much the effect of melatonin. It induces a natural kind of sleep, being a synthetic hormone. I feel 5 mg is the ideal dose, 1 and 3 mg don't work so well, and with 5 mg you can take two to obtain a 10 mg dose for specially hard nights.
