I went to a trade show and the manufacturer of this product was there. I told them I have a real problem with sleep and that all of the things that used to work no longer work. They gave me a handful of these squares and told me to try them. I did. What I found is that they help me to get to sleep. On bad nights when I use this product I stay asleep for around 4 hours. That may not seem like much but on bad nights I get less than 1 hour of sleep so this is a big deal. Other nights they help me to get to sleep and I stay asleep. I liked this product so much that I ordered 4 boxes of them. I also found that Amazon had a much better price than other websites for this product.
