After using this twice a day after eating for three months, I can tell there is a difference in my health in many ways, such as decreased bruxism during the day.
More easily taken and hard to find item. The citrate is absorbed more readily and easier than the oxide on my stomach. If combined with malic acid, a former neurologist not only recommended it but had the pharmacy make up his own blend of magnesium citrate and malic acid. Sadly, I moved away from him.
