I have been using Mind Design's subliminal CD's over the past several months & have experienced deep and significant changes by listening to them. Sleep is a big issue with Fibro but I have been a lifelong insomniac & I am sleeping so much better since using this CD & I have tried EVERYTHING! When I start having very occasional sleep problems again I start listening to it again & get back to a reasonable sleep schedule almost immediatly.

I have been using these particular subliminal CD's for several months. Even though I listen to the CD's anytime & as many times as I want, I do recommend listening to them particularly as you go to sleep. Personally I don't use headphones but have some good little speakers from Creative that I bought through Amazon. That's how I do it anyway, it's a personal thing & headphones are recommended for a good reason.

The chronic fatigue CD with NLP helped my Fibro the first time I listened to it, I was amazed! I quit smoking after 40 years with their Stop Smoking CD. This is another review from me but I consider these to be progress reports because I was in the hospital in December 2006 & was very ill and started using subliminal CD's after being in the hospital. You know, the great wake-up call. I tried other company's CD's but did not get results like I did with these. I mean significant results.

I also found the company very helpful when I emailed them some questions and I was pleased with their sense of caring & commitment to creating a great product. I have been using the CD's very consistently by listening to the CD daily & I choose to use one at a time over a period of time even though I get results very quickly. If I need to go back to a CD, like when I crave a ciggie, I listen to the relevant CD & the cravings go away.

I highly recommend Mind Design's subliminal CD's, I have tried other company's CD's but did not have any results like I have had with these CD's. Give them a try! I am a very happy customer.

My review of this product is that it performed exactly as it said it would. In response to Georgia Girl's review, I kind of think it's irresponsible to write 1 star reviews on products when you're unhappiness is not about the product. This towel is clearly 19X39 inches. There are 12 inches in a foot. That means it's about 3 feet long. How can one criticize it for being "too short" when the title clearly states how long it is? Also, if one is looking for a longer towel there is a body towel that is, as clearly stated, 29x55 inches.

As for the drying, the towel is very absorbant. However, if the towel is "too short" and you attempt to wrap lots of sopping wet hair up in it, you may be dissapointed. That's like sopping up a puddle with a sheet of bounty it's all relative. Be smart, buy the size you need and you will be impressed with the amount of water it picks up. I'd also recommend the doggie dryer It's become a staple in our lives like dog food and his leash. It goes just about everywhere the dog does now if the trip at all involves water!

Against my better financial judgement, I finally decided to spring for this doohickey based on the rave reviews both here and on the curly-hair-support websites. I had a feeling, even as I clicked the button to purchase it, that I was wasting my money. And that feeling turned out to be wrong.

Right out of the bag, even before it was washed, this thing was amazing. I have very curly hair that goes past my shoulders, and as you curly girls know, hair like that can be very temperamental if it's not treated just so. I use the dreadfully-named, but effective, Deva Curl No Poo shampoo and the Deva Curl One Condition. Then, the touch-and-go post-shower routine. If my hair is too wet when I put in gel, the water weighs it down and it sets flat. If it's too dry, the gel doesn't distribute and my hair turns to a half-straight, half-afro abomination. This towel gets it just dry enough, right out of the shower, so I can gel it up and scrunch before I start getting dressed. I never could get my hair to just this perfect dryness level with a terry towel.

One tip: If you have to apply product to your hair while it's still wet, as most curly girls do, you've got to do it right after using the Aquis. It soaks up so much water that your hair will start air-drying right away, and if you wait 10 minutes, you'll have missed the moment -it'll be too dry to apply product to.

Using it is simple. I turn my sopping, dripping head upside down and use the Aquis to blot/scrunch a ton of water out of it. Then I hang the Aquis up to dry -which it does nicely and quickly -and immediately put some gel in my hands, turn my head upside-down again, apply the gel throughout my hair, and scrunch again.

Curly hair is a bit of a roller coaster at the best of times. The bad days are so demoralizing, but on the good days, you feel like a goddess. This product really helps tip the scales toward "goddess." And it costs less than a bottle of the latest designer hair goop. Come on, give it a try!

My mother brought me back one of these from some trip she went on years and years ago. I thought it was the greatest thing ever! I haven't been able to find them again until now! (After about ten years, mine has had better days, but still works great!) I highly recommend this product. I sleep with mine on my long hair and wake up with gorgeous, frizz-free waves.

I would never go back to using a regular towel for my hair after trying this little miracle towel. Wrap it around soaking wet hair and it absorbs amazingly. It not only cuts drying time down but makes it unneccesary to rub and rub which is damaging to the hair. They also hold up to many uses. It's really revolutionary!

EXCELLENT! There is NO better product anywhere. In the art world they say 'form follows function'. Well, for this product the function gets a 100% superb rating. And the form? The only thing good about this product is the lovely lavender smell. I thought it worked the first night, but he ended up snoring later on in the night. He still snores loudly and I'm thinking of just getting the other SnoreRx mouthpiece. Most reviews I have read are positive.

This product does work in getting my husband to sleep fast because of the wonderful lavender smell. If you are having trouble sleeping and you are sensitive to smells, this may be wonderful to get, but NOT to prevent snoring. That's why I couldn't give it just one star because it does have that as a good quality. It's just not what the product's intentions were.

I received a sample of this product and tried it, as per the directions. In the middle of the night I woke up nauseous from the overpowering smell, which clung to my pillow and my hair. I changed the pillow case, discarded the product, and washed my hair. Unfortunately, I cannon rid my memory foam pillow of the smell. I have been airing it out for 5 days, and it still smells. I called customer service, and after being cut off twice, they informed me that it "would go away in a couple of days". Since that is obviously not true, I am going to have discard a fairly new, $70.00 pillow. Beware of this product.

I got a free sample of this in the mail, in hopes that my snoring would stop. Not sure if that would actually happen, the smell was so overwhelming, I couldn't stop gagging long enough to try to sleep. My room is filled with air fresheners, and I've been airing out the pillow and washed the pillowcase. The rest of my bedding is sprayed with fabric refresher and I still can't rid of the smell. Some say it smells like lavender, all I can smell is a rancid combination of Vics VapoRub/lavender/citronella. In addition, the adhesive is stuck to my pillow.

Not worth trying to get rid of snoring.

These gloves are very nice. I've used a number of brands of moisturizing gloves, and these are up there with the best. They are a little too small, which is my only complaint, but I believe my hands are a bit larger than average. I'll be interested to see how others rate these as to size. They fit snug on my wrist, which is nice, as I have bought some (at the drugstore) that were so loose they fell off in my sleep. I haven't washed them yet...maybe I'll come back and add to this when I do. So far, though, I really do like the feel and fit of these gloves!

My husband has had hand eczema for many years. His hands crack and bleed in cold weather or when he gets them wet or just for no reason at all.

I purchased, at Amazon, a product called "Bag Balm". He is using the Bag Balm, at night, in conjuction with the gloves and his hands are as soft as silk. No more cracking and breaking.

My husband is 6'-4" tall and is just a big guy all around. He has big hands. These gloves fit him fine. I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to try this remedy. But he is so happy with the results, I don't need to remind him to use the balm or to put on the gloves!!

These gloves were so tight that the tips of my fingers tingled while I fell asleep the first night that I wore them. They were a BIT looser by the morning but still not great. However, the part that fits around my wrist is INCREDIBLY loose and does not even touch my wrist. I am very dissapointed and am on the hunt again for a great glove. By the way, I am only 110 pounds so do NOT have very big hands. I can't imagine what a more normal sized person might experience with these!

I picked these up to help with a case of dry skin. I've got rather large hands which I often have a difficult time purchasing gloves for. These did not fit the bill. Very, very small. Even though they are cotton with a bit of spandex, they were hard to put on and did in fact affect circulation. I was only able to try them for a few minutes. They were just too uncomfortable to wear. I can't imagine that they would fit a male with anything larger than medium size hands.

Science of Sleep Forever Full Pillow

Pillow has a hard substance in the middle and soft stuffing surrounding it. Your head, when lying on it, naturally sinks into the middle and onto the hard substance. When I woke up in the morning, I had a headache every time I used it. In other words, their science is fiction.

I am in a constant search to find the perfect pillow (or even a half-decent one). I've tried water pillows, air pillows, and every type of foam/polyester pillow I can get my hands on. I'm allergic to feather pillows, so that is not an option. I thought I'd give this one a try after reading the reviews and I'm glad I did. It holds its shape and doesn't scrunch up. I've even gone from three to two pillows because this one holds its shape so well. I think I'm going to be very happy with this pillow three months so far and I'm really glad I bought it. even with having to wear a CPAP at night, I can still get comfortable with this pillow.

Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aid - 14 ct - Medium

I have had two operations for a deviated septum and still I could not breathe through my left nostril well. I tried the nose strips and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.

Then I tried the Brez devices. It works! However, I have had to modify its use.

I have to insert it vertically and not horizontally in the left nostril. It took me a month this way to get used to it...but it works.

I highly recommend it.

I am a pharmacist and received a sing Brez packet in the mail as a sample. I almost threw it out, but decided to keep it for my husband. He has a deviated septum and has snored forever. I gave it for him to wear, and it was a miracle! He didn't snore at all! He loves this product and has asked me to buy him some more. He has never tried anything similar (like breathrite strips), but he loves this. It is definitely worth a try.

I get allergies / inflamed sinuses. I have used a couple of different breathing aids in the past. I find that I sleep better and am less likely to get sore throats from breathing through my mouth. From previous reviews it might be that people are using the wrong size, or it might be that it depends on your cause (e.g. allergies vs deviated septum etc) as to whether these work for you.

These work for me, as do the nasal strips. The problem with the nasal strips is sometimes they stick too well and damage my skin when I pull them off in the morning! If my outer nose skin is irritated then I use these. I find that they can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable inside my nasal passages, but not enough to impede sleep and they work great for what they are supposed to do. So basically I alternate the products and it works fine.

I would recommend that you try a packet and see what you think. You would probably have to try for at least a couple of nights to determine whether your inner nasal passage gets irritated.

As stated before, I really think you need the right size and to insert them correctly to feel the benefits. If you get a size that is too small, then they won't do anything for you.

I have very small nasal passages.

My left side is narrow low down on the fleshy part of my nose. These inserts work well for that nostril and provided some relief.

My right nostril narrows higher up and it appears to be more rigid cartilage there. The insert did not work on my right side in fact it made that side worse: since the nostril was rigid and couldn't be widened the insert was just an obstruction.

I have a deviated septum and have tried various devices to help keep my nostrils open while sleeping. Nasal strips work OK for me but I hate peeling them off in the morning, and most of the devices you insert into your nose get uncomfortable half way through the night. So I held high hopes for the "brez" device as it looked like it might be more comfortable than the others. WRONG! In my opinion, this was a complete and utter waste of money and I'm kicking myself because I bought two packs, thinking that I must've just bought the wrong size (I tried small then medium). And they're not cheap! I'm at a loss trying to figure out how these things would work for anybody they're two little rubber ovals joined together with a very thin rubber strip. You put the rubber ovals in each nostril and the strip, I guess, is supposed to prevent them from getting lost up your nostrils. The problem is, the strip is not long enough to allow the ovals to go up far enough into the area where my nostrils are restricted and the holes in the ovals are not big enough to allow sufficient air to get through. It just feels like having a stopper stuck in your nose I couldn't breathe! I would definitely NOT recommend this product I've gone back to nasal strips. The other devices that have worked for me are the "nozovent" and "the air machine" (except both make my nasal passages slighty sore by morning). I'm yet to find the perfect solution.

I purchased this for my wife, to ease her stress when she comes home from work. I immediately could tell when I received the package what it was. This stuff is very very strong, I believe its the menthol. She loves it, and she says it helps her relax, which was what I wanted !

I bought these salts for my mother for Christmas. She loves aromatherapy products as well as bath salts, so this seemed like a perfect combination for her. She really loves them! She says the scent is very calming and soothing. I've used them a few times, as well, and the aroma is very relaxing. The salts are scented very strongly, so I don't use nearly the 1/3 cup that the label recommends.

I also had no problem with any staining at all, and our bathtub is a relatively new white-colored tub.

I ended up buying more of these salts because my mom ended up liking them so much! So I would definitely recommend them. Having ordered them twice, I had no packaging problems either, everything arrived sealed and in order. Great product and company.

I rarely write reviews, but this product (and the whole line) definitely merits a fantastic review. It smells wonderful and works even better. I use it after the Cell-Lift Ageless Serum every night. Within a couple of weeks, my skin already looked and felt 10 years younger. I recommend you try this before you spend another cent on skin care. I really believe in this product line. The plant-based ingredients make so much more sense than chemicals to create great skin without any toxins!
