The product works but $69 is way to much. I can gather the ingredients for less.
Also, be careful ordering the free sample from Lumiday. In the fine print you are signing up for auto ordering the full product. When I called to complain they offered to lower the price, but I canceled anyway.

My depression had been bad much worse than I realized, in fact. I was silently suicidal (with plans intact) and could not snap out of it. Lumiday is great! The people over the phone are really nice. I never would have tried it if it wasn't for the free 15 day trial featured on their website.
The first week that I got it, I wasn't taking 2 capsules a day like it recommended so I didn't notice anything. I remembered reading that after the 15 days of starting the free trial they would automatically start billing me so I called to cancel it because I wasn't seeing any results. The person that I talked to didn't want me to cancel so she sent me another 15 day free trial just to see if it would work after following the directions properly.
Once I started taking two pills a day I really noticed a difference. I was a full-time student on academic probation who was working part time and also had a substantial amount of credit card debt, so my life was full of stress. But once I started taking Lumiday regularly, rather than continuing to get stressed out about things, I was calm and peaceful which really helped me to begin to be more level-headed in my day-to-day planning.
After the free trial ended, I let them bill me the first time for $69 but afterwards I figured the money was too much since I was only working part time. I talked to the customer service rep over the phone about cancelling my monthly subscription and the first thing he did was suggest lowering the bill for me to $34.99. Though that's still kind of expensive, it's definitely manageable.

Ditto eating healthy, i.e., focusing on non-processed fruit, veggies, carbs, olive oil, seasonings..... and avoiding junk foods, esp. fatty, esp. salty foods, esp. foods that even a chemist doesn't understand the contents of, much less a layman...and, only a small portion of red wine every other day or so, clearly feels and tastes good, and contributes to good health...and I've had this diet blessed by several dietitians and MDs.
