This power clip is the companion to the Duracell myGrid Cell Phone Starter Kit, which is a power station used to charge up to four devices with only one power cord.

The idea is interesting, but the pricing is insane.

Since the starter kit only comes with one clip, you must buy three more of these clips to actually charge four devices. That means you spend close to $200 just to eliminate 3 out of 4 power cords? Wow!!!!

My wife caught me testing one of these clips on her phone. She said there's no way she'd let me put that big bulky thing on her phone: it would never fit in its holster again and she couldn't use any of the buttons on the side of the phone.

If the extra power cords really bug you that much, look for an alternative from another brand, because the design and pricing of this charging system are unacceptable.

first of all this is a great idea on how to charge your mobile device. the thing i dont like is tht the clip is very easy to lose if your pulling the device its connected to out of your pocket, purse, ect. every five or ten minutes and sometimes it loses connection between its magnetic contact points and the magnet picks up everything magnetic. its a great buy if you already have the grid but dont be surprised if it all of a sudden disappears on you.

This product allows me to lay my phone on a charging bed. That is a lot easier than trying to insert the micro usb connector every day. In my wifes case, she has the samsung galaxy, the phone protection cover has to be trimmed away to make it work.

While not perfect, this is a vaible work around the make the constant charging need more conveineit.
