I've always suffered from a persistent but mild bad breath probably due to high levels of bad bacteria in my mouth. That's why I was very very pleasantly surprised that within the first day of taking Swanson's Oral Probiotic, my breath problem is gone. I mean, totally gone! I suck on one in the morning after my morning coffee, and it totally gets rid of any bad smells from my mouth, including my bitter, strong coffee breath. I follow it up in the evening after dinner. My tongue, from having a thin white film coating, is now pink. I've noticed a significant drop in the number of throat and sinus infections I get almost like clockwork every year. I usually get a throat/sinus infection every couple of months or so, but haven't got one for the last 4-5 months that I've used this product. I can't attribute this drop in infections to anything else but this and other probiotics.

I have terrible morning breath and my youngest son is prone to cavities so my dentist suggested taking an oral probiotic. So I went and bought one of every brand I could find and now everyone in the family picks one of these 6 to take daily
I wish I could rate one significantly higher than the other, they all seem to help with bad breath and I am crossing my fingers that they will help with my son's cavities, but it really comes down to a matter of what flavor you like and if you will be turned off by a chalky flavor. I feel like the Nature's Plus, both the adult and child versions are a good value, but the Now brand definitely taste the best for a picky child and the Swanson brand is less expensive than the rest.

None of the children would eat them but they were the most cost effective. I had been on Valium, Klonipin and xanax for almost 10 years, since my late teens, having to switch back and forth between benzos and upping the dosage because of tolerance.
