My depression had been bad much worse than I realized, in fact. I was silently suicidal (with plans intact) and could not snap out of it. Lumiday is great! The people over the phone are really nice. I never would have tried it if it wasn't for the free 15 day trial featured on their website.

The first week that I got it, I wasn't taking 2 capsules a day like it recommended so I didn't notice anything. I remembered reading that after the 15 days of starting the free trial they would automatically start billing me so I called to cancel it because I wasn't seeing any results. The person that I talked to didn't want me to cancel so she sent me another 15 day free trial just to see if it would work after following the directions properly.

Once I started taking two pills a day I really noticed a difference. I was a full-time student on academic probation who was working part time and also had a substantial amount of credit card debt, so my life was full of stress.
