Peak Life Somnapure Sleep Aid - Natural, Non-habit Forming, Drug Free, 60 Tablets

Peak Life Somnapure Sleep Aid - Natural, Non-habit Forming, Drug Free, 60 TabletsThis product is very expensive and for me completely noneffective. The Company offers a "free sample", BEWARE in the very fine print you are committing to a monthly shipment of the product, each costing you $74.98! This is a highly unethical business practice in my opinion I am surprised that Amazon and gnc would promote such a Company!

Perhaps my trouble requires perscription drugs. These herbs did not work for me. I used entire 60 tablets each evening as described, with no noticible change.

For many years now I have had trouble sleeping 6-8 hours a night. The average sleep I get in 1 night is about 4 hours. I bought 2 bottles of Somnapure online to see if they would help me. I was hoping Sonmapure would help me get another 1-2 hours of sleep. I took the recommended 2 pills for about 4 weeks with absolutely no increase in how long I slept. I paid about $ 70.00 for the 2 bottles. Each bottle only contained 30 pills. It recommends 2 pills per night. So that's only a 15 day supply per container! In my opinion this is just another marketing scam. A glass of milk works much better and is a lot cheaper! Live and learn.

I have yet to open either of the three bottles that have arrived as a result of my trial puchase. This company buries in the fine print that they will be sending you a monthly bottle at $75 a pop unless you call to stop it. They will not take it back so that is now my Christmas present to myself. I feel like I was scammed!

It didn't work. I developed a rash after taking it for 2 days.

The product description makes wonderful promises, but after trying it my reaction is: this is modern-day "snake oil", avoid it!!!

USP Labs PowerFULL

USPlabs Powerfull, 90 CapsulesI have been weight lifting since 8th grade and started getting serious and using supplents since my senior year of high school, I am now a freshmen in college. I am very into lifting, my bench max is 320 my squat max is 450 and my deadlift max is around 560. I would definetly recomend powerfull, I used it with jack3d during my GVT (german volume training) and 5/3/1 and it helps me out tremendously. I have used 3 cycles of Powerfull and cant begin to express my love ffor it. The sleep is fantastic and it speeds up recovery, I will say that dreams are a little weird, maybe thats just me. I would recommend this product to any serious lifter or body builder or athelte. USP LABS IS THE BOMB!

I took a bottle of this and must say, I did not think I was getting much benefit. I more or less noticed something was missing once I had runout. The benefits are not necessarily noticed initially you will begin to sleep better even dream a bit(which I haven't done in years). You will notice a difference in staying power (mostly in the bedroom). This was the best benefit and completely worth the price. I have researched the two main ingredients and cannot find them cheaper elsewhere. Great product and great price.

I have been a natural bodybuilder for a long time. I have never used any pro-hormones, steroids or HGH. I have always been big and muscular. I am currently about 265lbs at 6 feet tall with 20 inch biceps. I have been taking PowerFull for the passed seven weeks and have found the results to be fantastic with respect to growth, strength and recovery. I have been taking Force Factor for 3 1/2 months and have found the combination of these two supplements has drastically reduced soreness, fatigue and enhanced recovery time between workouts. Until this past week, when I made some changes to how I take PowerFull, I was getting bigger and stronger every week. Several people in the past week have commented that I look like I have put on 20lbs of muscle. I will state I am not a hard gainer and workout hard. The product really works and you can get bigger, stronger and recover a lot faster using it. Although Force Factor was also aiding in recovery, strength and endurance I noticed a big difference when adding this to the mix. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Himalayan Crystal Salt Shampoo 8.5 fl oz (250 ml) Liquid

Himalayan Crystal Salt Shampoo 8.5 fl oz LiquidI like this shampoo, it's a good way to mineralize your scalp, the product is natural (no sulfates or parabens) and good quality. The price is really reasonable, I have looked all over for a decent mineral shampoo and this is one of the best I have found.

Verilux CleanWave Sanitizing Portable Vacuum, White

Verilux CleanWave Sanitizing Portable Vacuum, WhiteI'm caregiver for my mother with severe COPD. When she was in ICU with her COPD, I took the covers off the couch cushions and washed them, used the ELECTROLUX power nozzle and the hose, and sucked everything clean. THEN, the cat got out, and came in covered in fleas and their eggs. After shampooing the cat 4 times, I revacuum EVERYTHING, because I'm afraid of the flea eggs. I cant handle a lot of cleaners, insecticides, etc, cos i have chemical allergies. I didnt know what to do, so i tried this VERILUX CLEANWAVE. THIS SANITIZER IS AMAZING! The "particle" vacuum works great. If you have ever had a salesman demonstate a vacuum cleaner for you, you know they dump dirt on your carpet, and ask you to vacuum. Then, they take THEIR vacuum, and revacuum the area, so show you how much your vacuum missed. SO THATS WHAT I DID with the CLEANWAVE.

The Couch was vacuumed the last time, the night before the CLEANWAVE arrived. SO, I unpacked the Sanitizer/vacuum, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, and ran it slowly over the couch cushions. When i was done, I went outside and took a long hard look at what was in the bag. I really was surprised...and disgusted too. After washing those cushions and vacuuming them twice (no one else is using the couch, btw)I saw all these little black dots. Flea eggs. ALSO, it sucks up all this powder fine dust, cat dander and other dead skin cells. (The white specks) It also got cat hair, that the Electrolux missed. I had no problem running the vacuum up and down the arms of the couch, and the back of the couch. As long as it stays in complete surface contact, it keeps running, and the sanitizing light stays ON. If i picked it up, or it ran off the edge of the couch, the light turned off. Next, i wanted to try cleaning my bed. I washed my mattress pad, meanwhile running the CLEANWAVE over my mattress. Since I had just checked and cleaned the filter, I was starting fresh. I ran it on my chair, which ALSO had just been vacuumed, and washed. I went outside and checked the filter again. SAME TYPE OF DIRT, except this time, more white specks. (My dead skin cells.) I ran it SLOWLY over my bed, so the light had a chance to disinfect, too. Disinfecting without disinfectant smells--GREAT. Normally, I get stuffed up when i run the vacuum, cos I have dust allergies. CLEANWAVE causes NO PROBLEM. This vacuum's exhaust is like being next to an air purifier. So, I'm the happy consumer here. However, i do want to address a couple of issues i saw in other reviews.

THE VACUUM WONT STAY CONNECTED TO THE BOTTOM PIECE WITH THE LIGHT.

Well, read the instructions. The vacuum portion of this machine can disconnect, so you can take the attachments, and get inside the cracks and edges of things. (The brush and detailer attachments are stored right in the bottom compartment where the UVC light is..Excellect designing.) When you sit the vacuum into the light unit, a small button in the back needs to be pushed down, otherwise the two parts are only loosely attached. Depress the button, they lock together, and even if you SHAKE the whole unit (cos i did), it does NOT COME APART.

THE UV3 LIGHT WONT STAY LIT IF THE MACHINE DOESNT MAKE GOOD CONTACT.

That's a safety feature. Ultraviolet light (UV) comes in different wavelenghts, between the violet we see with our eyes, all the way to X-rays. UVA and UVB light from the sun can cause sunburns and eye problems. Those "black lights" they sell at Halloween, have NOTHING TO DO with real UV light. CLEANWAVE's UV3 light high intensity, designed to destroy mildew, flea eggs, mites, and germs in general. BECAUSE THE UV3 LIGHT WAVES WORK LIKE DISINFECTANT, if you looked at the light long enough, it would be like getting disinfectant in your eyes, ie, it would BURN. EVERY PRECAUTION is taken by Verilux to make sure you DONT HURT YOUR EYES! So, as long as the whole bottom light unit is covered, the light stays on. Lift up the unit, its turned off IMMEDIATELY. This unit is NEVER DANGEROUS to you. In fact, you want to use this light, so you DONT have to use dangerous disinfectants, bleach, etc, and smell those fumes, get disinfectant spray in your eyes. ITS ALL ABOUT SAFETY.

THE VACUUM DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH SUCTION POWER.

This unit doesnt replace a vacuum cleaner. In fact, since is works SO WELL, you should always vacuum the rug, or very dirty cushions, etc, BEFORE YOU USE IT. Since I had run the Electrolux over the rug by the couch, I wanted to see if I missed much. First, it got LOTS of eggs and dust the big vacuum missed. Second, i have a medium lenght shag carpet there, and the vacuum picked up fine. BUT! I would never run this vacuum on a dirty carpet. It's obviously NOT designed for that. ITs made to pick up the dead skin cells, insect eggs, mite droppings, and microscopic nastiness. Since you dont use vacuum bags (3 for $10 for the electrolux, so you save money there), you need to keep the filters clean. ITs easy, and the instructions explain how to do this without an allergy problem. I had no problem here, and bagless vacuums are new to me.

EVERYTHING HERE IS EASY TO DO. ITs all covered in the directions that come with the unit. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! They are easy to read, lots of clear, easy to understand drawings, and other than ON/OFF, CLEANING THE FILTER, and LOCKING THE VACUUM TO THE LIGHT BASE, there are no real instructions, except this: IF YOU WANT TO DISINFECT to the utmost level,(ie 99.9%) you NEED to run the light unit SLOWLY over the couch, bed, chair, etc. Because it takes a little bit of time under the light, to destroy the germs. The vacuum helps, cos its picking up the skin cells at deeper levels, and dust particles, while the UV3 light does this. The unit is surprisingly light, maybe five pounds, and glides on wheels. The only way you can have problems with the CLEANWAVE, is if you assume you understand how it works. Take 3-4 minutes to go over the instructions, and you wont have the problems other people had in the dissatisfied reviews.

I reccommed this unit to ASTHMA SUFFERERS, COPD sufferers, cat/dog lovers with FLEA INFESTATIONS, ALLERGY SUFFERERS (either mold, mildew, dander, mite droppings, and especially DISINFECTANT ALLERGIES (LIKE ME!) It wont cure COPD, Asthma, or kill the fleas on your pet. BUT IF IT GIVES YOU EVEN 50% RELIEF OF IRRITANTS, its worth EVERY PENNY. When my mother comes home from the hospital after her last COPD flair up, at least I WILL KNOW i did everything for her, to make her enviorment as clean, comfortable, and safe for her as I can. CAREGIVERS, I'm sure you know what a relief saying that is. Good luck people.

The Verilux Cleanwave is a rather odd-looking machine--it looks sort of like a mini upright vacuum cleaner without it's tall upright handle. It is also a bit odd or awkward to use, since the UV light must remain in contact with the bed (or whatever surface you're sanitizing) at all times. It's also oddly heavy for something so small. Is this a piece of equipment every home needs? No. However, is it helpful? Yes. If you have asthma or allergies, it may well be quite helpful in managing the dust and debris in your home, especially in your mattress.

As noted in the video, I have the coughing form of asthma. It doesn't bother me all that much during the day, but I used to cough a lot at night while trying to get to sleep. Using the Verilux on my mattress every time I wash my bedclothes has improved my cough. I should also note, however, that I bought a new mattress about 2 years ago, so I am also likely coughing less now because there was less dust and debris in my mattress to begin with before I got the Verilux.

A few things I did not mention in the video:

1. There are a series of small lights on top of the vacuuming head. When the Verilux is making full contact with the surface of the mattress, these lights will come on and will be light blue. It is ONLY when these lights are on that the sanitizing UV light is actually on. If you are not making full contact (as I was not in the beginning of the video), these lights will not be on. I have found it necessary to move the vacuum with one hand and press down on the vacuum with the other hand to maintain the UV light contact with the mattress. Someone who is taller or stronger may not need to do this.

2. There is a filter inside the hand vacuum part that very easily comes out. However, my experience is that due to the very fine nature of the debris (dust, dead skin, etc.) makes it more difficult to clean the filter. It's not like a bagless vacuum cleaner where you just pop off the debris collector and empty it into the trash.

3. As you saw at the beginning of the video, I have had pretty regular trouble with getting the latch that connects the hand vacuum to the sanitizer to stay firmly attached, even when I make a special point of making sure the latch has firmly clicked after I re-attach the hand vac. As a result, when I pick up the Verilux to carry it from the closet to the bed, the hand vacuum often comes off. This is one of the reasons I am giving this product 3 stars.

The Verilux CleanWave UV-C vacuum is a pretty cool little device. I have 4 cats and there's always a mess somewhere pee outside of the litter box, barf on a rug, or a poop accident on the tile floor. Even with enzymatic cleaners, sometimes these areas are hard to sanitize completely. With this vacuum, I can clean the spot as I regularly would and then go over it with the UV-C light to get rid of all the remaining germs and bacteria. This is great because it stops any residual smells without harsh chemicals. It's a powerful plug in vacuum to boot and picked up litter and cat hair in corners and along baseboards really well. I especially like the little detachable hand vac it would be nice to use when cleaning out a car interior or in other tight spaces, such as shelving units in the garage.

For the reviewers here who had problems getting the UV-C light to come on, please read the instructions that came with the vac. You need to press the lock button on the back of the unit after seating the vac in place or else they are only loosely attached together. When I first took it out of the box and tried it, I did not do this and the light only came on when I placed extreme downward force on the unit. After pressing the lock button and operating it the correct way, the light came on and stayed on over my tile floor, soft rugs, and living room couches. The light only went off if I picked up on the vac or came to an edge of the couch.

This is a pretty cool item it's definitely one of those "why didn't I get one of these sooner?" -type devices!

Lately, I have been seeing a lot of products entering the market that exploit the germaphobic natures of buyers by selling UV-C wands, etc. The claims that UV-C can eliminate many germs and bugs is absolutely true. But not in the context of consumer usage. The germs must be exposed to the UVC light for several minutes in order for it to be effective on that level. Not something that many consumers would be willing to do. So if your item was in a UVC chamber, you would definitely have sanitization. But if you wave the light over it, even slowly, you will not. Many of the products don't disclose this, and only base the claims on theoretical values and not real life situations. In addition, UVC can cause cancer if overexposed on the skin. You won't get the characteristic redness and sunburn that you see with UVA and UVB. It just goes straight to mutating your DNA. In addition, many laboratories employ the use of UV spectrum lighting to disinfect fume hoods which are these glass enclosed work cabinets. Regulatory agencies have found that if there is an airflow in the hood, the UV light is ineffective, to the point that we cannot even use it to pass inspection for proof of sanitization.

Enter the UVC bed vac. Based on my aforementioned point, sanitization at the 99% is impossible. Not to say that there may not be some germ killing activity involved. For me, this device was worth a try just for my peace of mind for my mattress b/c of all the nasty bedbug outbreaks I had been hearing about. The safety mechanism that prevents you from exposing yourself to the light also prevents it from working when you go over a mattress that has quilting or uneven surfaces. If the device is not flat, the light will not turn on. The vac part when detached is pretty decent suction-wise. But when you attach it to the base, the suction is distributed over a much wider area and then becomes a light breeze. It was not even able to pick up any hairs that were on the mattress. So Then, what good is this vac for? I think the filtration mechanism for the vac itself is a bit better than most handheld vacs. But that is all I use it for.

I would be more open to buying this if there were studies done by a consumer group that really showed its germicidal capabilities by trying to grow bacterial culturesand proper technique on its usage.

4.4 stars

The major pluses here are:

Strong 400-watt suction power from this wall-power unit. The nice thick cord is over 20 feet long so it's easy to get almost everywhere in your house with it, and that cord delivers so much more power than a Dustbuster or other battery units. Using the CleanWave (CW) as a dustbuster, especially with the little attachments, works great for corners, edges of sofas, under cushions, etc. It's easily the best hand-held vacuum I've used.

The CW features very solid construction. Well made in all ways, with thick plastic that looks ready to last for many years, unlike the Dustbuster and other small vacs. When it clicks on to the larger UV unit it's a solid connection...but be sure to make it connect completely by pushing down firmly on the back.

When the whole thing is connected (and looking like some sort of spaceship from a Journey album cover), it rolls very easily over any FLAT surface (see the minus category for more on that). It's very easy to use on beds, sofas, rugs, and any flat surface. And it...

Truly disinfects and sanitizes. I tried various experiments with dirty surfaces, doing half with the UV vac and testing against no vac and just the vac without UV. That UV thang works! You can see and more to the point smell the disinfecting and cleansing. The ads for this are not techno-babble; the UV does what it's said to do. If you suffer from one of many dust-related allergies, are concerned about your pets' fleas and flea eggs, or are looking to soothe an OCD friend who sees swine flu or MRSA around every corner, this will ease their ever-worried minds.

Bedbugs have become a problem again in various areas (so sayeth the media, whom I always take with a grain or three of salt; fear sells!); the CW will easily get rid of those in less than a minute, better than any other product I've seen. Same with dustmites, fleas, etc. This is a mini-critter killa!

The minuses:

The single one I can see is that the light only stays on when the spaceship is fully flat on a surface. Even a quilted mattress makes you have to push down a bit to keep the light on. Why is this, Verilux? Is the UV light a potential eye hazard, or what? Seems weird, as you can buy a UV wand that stays on all the time, so I'm confused by this. It also makes this unit useless for sanitizing rounded surfaces or certain corners, etc. Which is a shame, as that would be such a wonderful ancillary use, and would make this a five-star product without doubt. I'll see if I can circumvent this somehow, and will report back here if I can.

This is not a minus from me, but other reviewers here had issues with the vac not staying connected to the UV spaceship. The mothership must be carefully docked to achieve liftoff! You need to press down on the front and the back of the vac when connecting, and it will click very audibly. Once you've done it right you'll not forget how and it'll be simple from then on. This is not a design flaw, it's just something that needs to be learned.

All in all, I really like this little CleanWave spaceship. Its unusually strong suction makes it the best handheld vac I've found, and I like that it does both UV light sanitizing and vacuuming together or separately. You can clean up after your parties mighty fast with this puppy. It works quickly, is very well-made with no cheap parts, and seems destined for years of use. I have mild dust allergies, nothing hardcore, but for those who suffer mightily from serious allergy issues, this could be a major lifesaver.

And while it's not cheap at a c-note, it's a bargain for allergy victims; if you've ever really suffered for days and weeks on end, you know that you'd gladly pay many times the price of this for a (drug-free) happy body! Add the excellent handheld vacuum and I think the CleanWave is a fine product at a fair price; quality is always worth the extra outlay in the long run.

The Doctor's NightGuard Dental Protector for Night Time Teeth Grinding - 1 EA

The Doctor's NightGuard Dental Protector for Night Time Teeth Grinding, Medium, 1 eachThese mouthguards work well for people who grind their teeth at night. However, a couple things you need to know. The size large worked for me. I am 5' 10" and 150 pounds, not a large guy. The size small worked for my wife, who is small. The other thing is it takes a bit of practice to get a good fit. You aren't likely to get it right the first time. You might want to buy a pair and figure the first one is just practice. Then, when you have a fit, trim it so it isn't too clunky in your mouth.

I do not have joint problems just teeth grinding so getting the $400 custom fit seemed a bit absurd the other reviewers apparently did not read the directions or the manufacturer has modified the directions to account for their concerns dipping the mold in cold water for one second eliminates the "scalding" problem and using your fingers to mold the product and "sucking" in as directed really helps shape the mold to fit your teeth and the shape of your mouth. I also followed the directions and trimmed the mold before boiling in hot water so it did not go beyond where my teeth are (wisdom teeth gone). It took no time at all for me to get use to the mold No real complaints other than I grind my teeth in the first place and thus need something like this.

I have been at the dentist almost six months trying to get a night guard, but my experience was not good. So far, they have made three of them without any success. All of themstarted moving all my teeth and the biting started getting spoiled. On top of that, the cost of such night guard was U$ 340. I decided to give this one a try, and even though I had to try it twice, I finally could get the shape I needed. It is true that it is somewhat bulky and that sometimes it takes more than one to get it done well, bu it works MUCH BETTER than the one at the dentist office which is adjusted by the assistant, not the dentist and is also way much cheaper. It makes no sense at all to pay hundreds of dollars for just a piece of plastic that, as in my experience, does not work.

Read Best Reviews of The Doctor's NightGuard Dental Protector for Night Time Teeth Grinding - 1 EA Here

My first night guard was the really expensive one from the dentist. It mysteriously disappeared one morning and I used a thicker, old-school whitening tray, until I could think of something else, because the one from the dentist just wouldn't stay in, so I didn't want to replace it. I later discovered the Doctor's Nightguard The Doctor's NightGuard Dental Protector for Night Time Teeth Grinding, Medium, 1 each and perfected how to make it fit me the best. They've since redesigned and I don't like the new design as muchDoctors Nightguard Mouth Piece, Small 1 Ea (ends up a bit bulkier feeling and less customizable), but I definitely prefer it to Splintek's.

I tried the Splintek Sleep Right night guard and it is completely flimsy. I knew the moment I took it out of the box that it wouldn't stay in. It was more like a noodle, so I was amazed to go online and read great reviews for it. I knew it wouldn't stay, once I'd go to asleep. The thin part in the front has no rigidity of its own(as it appears to in the photo) and just flops around. There is nothing to prevent this from slipping to the outsides of the teeth, out of place or falling out of one's mouth. It's possible this might be good for someone who needs to prevent clenching when awake, but, like I said, there's no way this would stay in place in my mouth.

A better choice, in my opinion, is the Doctor's Nightguard, which sells for around $25 all over the internet. I've bought it at Walgreen's for $24.99. It comes in 3 different sizes. It took me bit of practice to get it right, but the company will mail you a new one if you mess yours up. I've seen some bad reviews for it--someone was appalled at the idea of sticking a boiling hot piece of rubber/plastic in their mouth and said they couldn't make much of an impression, but I follow the boiling instructions exactly and, surprisingly enough, that one second in cold water(after boiling, per the instructions) makes it more tolerable to me than Latte or a cup of tea(which I can't handle hot).

Some tricks to help in making it...I pull off the blue thing(on the older one) and throw it out, before I start. I just have to be extra careful to not bite using my teeth or I would bite right through while it's warm. I use my fingers to help form and also create suction using my mouth to form the sides. Then, if there's a lot of extra, I trim a bit and reboil for another 30 or 40 seconds, cool for one second by dunking in cold water and put it back in and create suction using my mouth and tongue to really form it to my teeth. This might all sound really strange and complicated, but, in all, the whole process takes me about 15 minutes and I do it about every 6-8 months, when I chew through one.

My husband prefers the somewhat bulky appearance of the night guard to the "horrendous" sound that my grinding makes(I have to believe him because I've never heard myself). Plus, I put it on after the lights are out and I'm ready to drift off--it's like a pacifier. It always stays in place, all night--no more headaches. I would highly recommend the Doctor's Nightguard!

I needed a whitening tray and decided to go with this model even though its meant for use as a grinding guard. I think it's a little expensive but if you can mold it right the first time (not sure if you can remold a second) it will not disappoint. I like this model because it has a solid bottom that you cannot bite through which is advantageous because I always end up biting through the cheap sports mouth guards.

To properly mold this to your teeth and mouth you boil this in water as per instructions. I boiled a coffee cup of water in the microwave and dropped the NightGuard into the cup keeping it submersed for the entire recommended duration. Then I picked it out with a fork and dunked it...for only a brief moment, maybe one complete second....into a cup of cold water to dissipate the heat...don't worry, this will not harden the plastic. I put it in my mouth and bit down gently and molded it to my teeth by pushing the bottom up against my teeth and pushing the plastic upwards to cover my gums in front and behind my teeth onto my upper pallet. I waited momentarily and then placed the NightGuard into the cup of cold water again to allow it to harden.

If the plastic does not soften then you didn't use boiling water or didn't keep it in the boiling water long enough. Be mindful to keep it submerged for the recommended duration or just a little longer. Too long...i.e., 10 minutes...will cause the plastic to lose its basic shape and make the molding process more difficult; not long enough will not allow the plastic to get soft enough to mold. Submerging in cold water for a second will dissipate the heat and you wont be scalded when you put it in your mouth and it wont reharden the soft plastic either. Don't make the mistake of dunking in cold water for too long...one second will suffice.

In short, BOIL water...submerge for recommended duration... remove...dunk QUICKLY into cold water...remove and place into mouth and mold by biting down all the way against the bottom, then push and smooth out soft plastic over the gums and soft pallet...close mouth and gently suck to finish fitting...remove and put into cold water for hardening.

The instructions are very clear and easy to read. Follow them and you will have a perfect fitting mouth guard or tray for whitening your teeth...incidentally, I use 22% nitewhite ACP...works great...

I went into so much detail because some of the reviews obviously indicate that instructions were not followed...literally.

One Shredded Pillow With This Soft Sleeper 5.5 Twin XL 4 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Pad Bed Topper Ov

One Shredded Pillow With This Soft Sleeper 5.5 Twin XL 4 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Pad Bed Topper Overlay, Soft Sleeper Shredded Memory Foam Pillow Made From 100% Visco Elastic Memory FoamI bought a 4" 5.5 Memory Foam Mattress Topper from ALL SLEEP & I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm confined to a hospital bed due to an auto accident & was disabled prior to that from a severe back injury. It was difficult to get comfortable on a high quality mattress I'd bought but it was impossible to do so in the hospital bed. I researched this product & read reviews prior to buying it. ALL SLEEP provided a high quality product at a great price, with excellent delivery timing. I sewed a protective slip cover for my topper; if you are unable to do this, I recommend buying one to preserve the quality of it.

I read many complaints of the odor from the foam but I had no problem with my topper from ALL SLEEP. I laid it out for several hours to allow it to expand back from the packing & shipping & slept on it that very night; in great comfort!! It came with a free shredded memory foam pillow which did have a strong odor. I laid it out in the sunshine for a day & that took care of the problem.

I highly recommend ALL SLEEP!!!!

My wife tried these but they were too small and did not reduce enough noise for her. She said they kept popping out. Went back to old school ones.

Bought these for my girlfriend, since I tend to make a bit of noise while I'm sleeping. They were small enough to fit in her ears no problem, but small does come with its own problems; they got stuck in her ears once and required needle-nose pliers to remove. As a result, we switched to a larger earplug which doesn't fit as well but won't get stuck as bad either.

Women's Anti-Stress Formula (Lactium) 167 mg 60 Caps by Swanson Ultra

Women's Anti-Stress Formula 167 mg 60 Caps by Swanson UltraI recieved a piece of junk mail selling a miracle sleep aid which included lactium, probiotics, and other ingredients, not being able to sleep during the night I was intrigued and found this lactium only supplement because I wasn't willing to pay the price for the sleep aid. I don,t know if this works for stress Im male and take it daily but I can sleep at night now. I was shocked truthfully and figure itll stop working but Im on my 4th bottle. If you can't sleep I would give it a try have to take it about four days I'd say and I can not take it for a few days and still sleep not like melatonin where you have to time it with sleep but that is how I take it, a couple hours before I plan to sleep. That other product may be really great too but I'm sensitive and this seems to be the main ingredient.

I don't know whether this product helps me fall asleep, but it surely improves those three a.m. willies that plague some older women. My nights have been much calmer and gentler since I found it.

Sound Oasis Sleep Therapy Pillow Speakers

Sound Oasis Sleep Therapy Pillow SpeakersI bought these speakers in order to replace the PillowSonic Stereo Pillow Speaker which I had received last Christmas. My goal was mostly to get something more durable, but I found I like this one better anyway.

The PillowSonic speakers had a rather weak headphone connection which basically fell apart after about 4 months of use. I could deal with that until the cone speakers inside were accidentally crushed. I needed something that could stand up to a little more abuse. The cord on these Sound Oasis speakers seems much thicker and the headphone connector is nowhere near as flimsy. The speaker casings are hard plastic, so they cannot be crushed and ruined.

What I like best about these speakers is the 2 feet of cord between the left and right speaker. This means I can share with my husband, or more often just position each speaker exactly right under each ear. The sound quality is fairly good for a speaker of that size and I don't find I have to by lying right on top of it to hear it clearly.

All in all, these speakers are doing their job better than any others I've tried. Definitely recommended.

Edit on 4/6/10: I stumbled across this item again looking for a gift and just wanted to comment that 1 1/2 years after writing the initial review, my speakers still work perfectly. Durability for the win!

I had a PillowSonic Stereo Pillow Speaker that lasted about a year. It was OK but then it stopped working. This one worked better straight from the box. It was easier to position the 2 speakers under a pillow and they were louder and clearer than the PillowSonic Stereo Pillow Speaker .

update 6/28/2010: The wire to the first speaker broke. Annoying. Lasted about 18 months.

update: 1/1/2011. The wire broke again. Had to disasseble and solder.

The wire breaks at the point that it enters the speaker. It should have been reinforced here. Aftger repair, I added electrical tape to the spot where the wire exits the speaker. I hope this helps.

These speakers work well to tune out distracting background noises. However if you plan to sleep all night using them they slide around every time you roll over and often the sound cuts out and you most tap or jiggle them to make the sound come back. Be prepared to jiggle them every time you roll over. I bought 2 sets of these speakers and they both do this.

i got these because regular earbuds or headphones are itchy and uncomfortable. i use the pillow speakers with my Zune.

pro's:

nice long, strong cord to the speakers, and between the two.

easy to adjust placement of speakers.

flat, can't feel them under the pillow.

can be used outside of pillows too (during the day).

works thru my tempurpedic pillow.

great price.

husband can't hear it.

con's:

i have to crank up volume to max for SOME files

podcasts can be muffled (spoken voices unclear)

i still hear husband snoring.

i'm still undecided on the brainwave usage (one ear per speaker) because i tend to sleep on my side.

The pros....cord length is ample and the speakers are small enough to fit comfortably under the pillow.

The con.....cannot get enough volume from these guys to be able to hear through a single pillow. I tried attaching the speakers to various audio devices (TV, radio, stereo) and none of them could drive these much beyond a whisper. My wife, who has better hearing than I, agrees.

Dr. Bronner - Castile Soap

Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps Pure-Castile Soap, 18-in-1 Hemp Peppermint, 32 Ounce BottleI didn't see many reviews talking at length about using this as a shampoo, so I thought I would add one. Expect my personal experiences and opinion, identified as such, mixed in.

I use this soap for shampoo, body wash, face wash, I put it in my bath, I've used it to clean my counters, I've used it to clean dishes. The peppermint is my favorite, especially for soaking in the bath because it tingles and it's the best scented in my opinion, also for shampoo, again because it tingles.

To clean, I put a little on a damp terry cleaning cloth or kitchen towel and just wipe. I use it on kitchen and bathroom counters, and I dissolve it in water to mop with. I prefer to use the tea tree for cleaning.

As a shampoo, I am puzzled by all the claims I had heard online about castile soap/saponified oil being drying to the hair, and I suspect that many of the people making those claims either haven't tried it and are just perpetuating the general misconception, or maybe they are using it wrong (I'll explain why I think that). This is an extremely gentle product. I have CURLY hair, and it is dyed(with one of those clairol nice n easy super harsh store bought dyes)(#124 natural blue black, if you want to know). Curly hair is generally more dry, and harder to keep conditioned, than straight hair, and mine is no exception. My hair is super fine and super dry, and prone to breakage. I find using this soap as shampoo is actually much LESS drying to my hair than other types of shampoo.

If you are going to use this as a shampoo, you have to keep a couple of things in mind;

-1. Use less than you think you need. Less than what you would use if you were using a normal shampoo. You are not going to get as rich of a lather with this soap. That doesn't mean it doesn't clean as well, and it doesn't mean you didn't use enough soap. A little known fact is that the ingredients that clean your hair in normal shampoos don't lather either. Shampoo manufacturers ADD lathering agents purely for consumer impression. You get the impression as you are washing your hair that you are getting your hair really super clean because you are getting a nice thick rich lather, but in reality, the lather is not what is doing the cleaning, and to a small degree, lathering agents actually prevent detergent agents from working as well as they otherwise would. That's why, in industrial cleaning supplies(not the ones you can find in walmart) they typically don't add lathering agents. Normal shampoos have harsher detergent agents than this soap because of that effect, and because of the types of ingredients in normal conditioners(read on).

-2. Lather, rinse, THEN REPEAT. Shampoo twice, even if you are unaccustomed to doing that with normal shampoos.

-3. RINSE REALLY REALLY WELL. After you have rinsed your hair and the soap is all out of it; rinse it all over again.

-4. Don't use a 'normal' conditioner, pick one without any heavy 'cones' in it. Most conditioners have ingredients whose last four letters end in c-o-n-e (like silicone, amodimethicone, cyclomethicone, etc.). Not all, but many, of these ingredients coat your hair and supposedly make it seem incredibly silky and shiny and beautiful and glorious and on and on (and cone leave-ins really give you this effect), but what they also do is keep the natural oils, from your scalp, and any other moisturizing products you may use, from actually getting into your hair, so you get on this cycle of stripping your hair with a normal shampoo, then coating your hair with a normal conditioner, then stripping then coating then stripping, etc., and your hair is getting drier and drier. Not all cones do this. There are lighter ones and ones that are water soluble that are not doing anything bad, and it's up to you to use cones or not, but...IF YOU ARE USING THIS SOAP FOR SHAMPOO...then I would recommend staying away from it altogether. The harsh detergents in normal shampoos can handle stripping the normal conditioners from your hair with one washing, but this shampoo is much gentler and probably won't. This is what I think people are doing wrong when they think this hair is drying their hair out. I don't know, maybe they are worried it might, so they get what they think is going to be a really good conditioner, but it's a 'normal' conditioner, and as a result they aren't giving this soap an honest chance. They think it's this shampoo, but it's really their conditioner, that is causing their hair to be dry. There are a ton of really good conditioners that don't have cones in them. Dr. Bronner's makes a conditioner, but it's pricey. The thing that makes this soap a great product is partly that it is almost immortal. (My last 16 ounce bottle of the peppermint lasted me 8 years. Admittedly, that was before I tried it as a shampoo, but that would've maybe shaved a couple years, at most, off of the 8.) The Dr. Bronner's conditioner will not last as long, and there are better ones that are cheaper. If you google 'Paula's Choice', you can find a website of the same name that has an outstanding ingredient list, so you can see what the good ingredients are, and there are tons of websites listing cone free conditioners. (Personally, I don't use a conditioner, I wash my hair and then when I am out of the shower I massage a nickel sized amount of light extra virgin olive oil into my hair. Yes, I actually do that. It doesn't make my hair oily, it just soaks right in. I've been doing that for a very long time, even when I was still using normal shampoo, and It has never made my hair feel oily. On days when I don't shampoo which is about 6 days out of 7, I just rinse my hair in the shower and if my hair seems dry when I get out, I will add a tiny amount more. This doesn't weigh my hair down either, like I said, my hair is curly and it still pops up in spontaneous ringlets) (I get my olive oil in a gigantic bottle from walmart that costs me all of around $1.62.)

-5. You don't need to wash your hair every day. That's not really about this particular shampoo, just in general. If you don't believe me, ask your stylist. Just, when you take a shower, rinse it and condition it, if you choose to use a conditioner. As I stated above, I really only wash mine once a week. Trust me; nobody will be able to tell.

A little note about the different scents I've tried; Peppermint smells heavenly but has a noticeable tingle, that's good if you like and want it, bad if you don't. Lavender is my second favorite, it's a strong lavender scent. I mean it, this is not lavender for the weak of heart, this is not 'glade plug ins lavender fairy-farts', this is not a freaking fabric softener with a baby teddy bear on the label, this is hardcore hippie tree hugger lavender (love for the hippie tree huggers). If you've never smelled lavender the actual herb, and you've only ever smelled lavender scented products (even the organic ones, because, of the ones I've tried, the organic products that are lavender scented are still not as strong as this one), then you might possibly want to buy the 4 ounce size first to try. I like the little 4 ounce bottle anyway because I can refill it from the big bottles and use it on trips, so then you'll have the bottle. Tea Tree is strong too, if you like tea tree (I do, I liked this one) you'll really love it, if you don't like tea tree you'll REALLY hate it it, if you aren't sure if you like it, then you should definitely buy the tiny bottle first and try it, you don't want to be stuck with a product that lasts as long as this one does if you don't like it. Tea Tree also seems to me to have a very light tingle to it. Lastly, Rose. ROSE. UGH. I read online and thought people who didn't like this scent didn't know what they were talking about about this scent being so bad, and I bought it anyway because I trust this company and I was a moron to do it. Really, honestly, trust me, it smells nothing like a rose, or even remotely floral, it smells like what I imagine rancid gummy bears might smell like if it were possible for gummy bears to rot, and it is so sickeningly strong and so sweet smelling that when you smell it it makes your teeth hurt. I use mine to clean my bathroom and pray longingly for the day when I'll run out of it.

Been loving the Bronner's for some decades now. The peppermint has only recently been toned down; now I can put it on my nether regions and not tingle to the edge of wincing. If it's too strong, just dilute it in the bottle; it'll still do what it does best: clean!

Yes folks, NOTHING will clean and refresh your skin like Bronner's. Strips off all the dirt but leaves your natural oils. Pure castille soap with zero additives except for the essential oils. Makes you realize how much of a film the artificial soaps leave; dove and ivory are a joke next to Bronner's.

It also is THE soap for hard water areas; this stuff lathers when nothing else will.

A gallon is an amazing deal, lasts forever and is about half the cost of buying the small bottles (Vitamin Shoppe has some excellent deals on many items of many sorts; check their site out). Bronner's is also great for washing hair, cleaning counters, dishes, etc, and even brushing your teeth. Sometimes when I camp it's the only thing I take for all of the above; Dr. B's does it all.

The only problem is it's no good for telling your kids you'll wash their mouths out with soap; it kind of tastes good!

I also love the almond soap, maybe even more than this one. Lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, etc; all are good in their own way. Try 'em all and find your favorite. You'll never use another soap again.

Bonuses include the most entertaining writing on any product label ever; old Dr. B was quite a philosopher and humanist, and his thoughts are special , and written in a unique style indeed.

As well, his family gives away most of their profits to various charities, and his son, who now runs the company, is a wonderfully friendly man who will talk to you and tell you some great stories if you call the company.

This is capitalism, and soap, at its finest.

Long live the Bronners!

Dr. Bronner's is really fantastic stuff! I keep find more and more uses for it around the house. We've gotten to the point that we have replaced all of our toxic synthetic chemical products with this! The only thing I find it terrible for is washing windows, it leaves a film and you spend more time removing the film than the dirt! Otherwise, this stuff can easily replace 6-10 products around the home.

Be warned of this Peppermint, even though the peppermint is natural, it is extremely strong smelling. So strong, it can cause irritation for some people. I tried to use it on my floors, while it cleaned incredibly well, it nearly ran us out of the house the smell was so strong. This is even with me diluting it to a massive degree. I would recommend Peppermint for hand soap, dishes, laundry, anything outdoors. But would use something like Unscented, Lavender or Almond for general house cleaning, body soap and shampoo.

We also found this product is fantastic for cleaning our italian leather furniture! Normally we have to buy expensive solutions to effectively clean it while not damaging the leather. This stuff works perfect on it. If you use this in the bathroom for hand soap you don't need any air fresheners after you have a bowel movement. The peppermint quickly overtakes any other odors. We now use Bronner's for cleaning our jet tubs. Before they were very difficult to clean because you cannot use abrasive chemicals, but Dr. Bronner's practically melts the grim and dirt right off them!

Finally, I have dry skin. Up to this point I have been using Ivory Soap and it is horrible on my skin. A couple days of using Bronners and my skin is back to being normal! I love how this product rinses off so easily and leaves no films.

Best soap ever. I use it in the kitchen for hands and quick cutting board wash-ups. Here's my trick for saving water. Buy any kind of foaming soap in a pump dispenser. They're the ones designed to work with thin, watery soaps. Throw out the soap and rinse well. Refill with diluted Dr Bronner's 1:8, soap to water. Using the foamy dispenser keeps it from sliding off your hand before you can get to it.

Pump foamy soap on dry hands, lather, scrub, then turn on water to rinse, it only takes a few seconds to rinse away.

It's good for me, my senses, my pocketbook, and the planet. A quart will last forever.

Spread the word about the foaming pump dispenser!

Reading the label on this soap is quite an entertaining exercise, but the soap is one of the best. This is pure Castile (olive oil liquid) soap, and the peppermint scent is refreshing. Showering on a hot summer day with this soap is incredible. It's a must on camping trips--it is relatively easy for the environment to break down as it's natural and has no detergent. You can even use it to clean pots and pans while camping, and we do that.

Tri-Core Pillows - Standard Size Models

Core Products * Tri-core Cervical Pillow - StandardI've tried many Orthopedic pillows since my neck was injured in a car accident over a year ago, but this is the first one to fully deliver on its claims. My pain has decreased by about 80% since I started using this pillow. I have not experienced this with any of the other neck rolls or orthopedic pillows that I have tried. As an aside, I also purchased an inversion table and I use that in addition to this pillow. On the days when I still have pain, I use the inversion table for traction and the pain relief is usually instantaneous. As other reviewers have noted, this pillow was not comfortable for the first few days. Lots of pressure on the base of my skull and on my ears from the "lobes" would cause those areas to be a bit sore in the morning. However, my intense neck pain was so significantly alleviated that I decided to stick with it to see if my body would adapt to the pillow. After about a week, the "pressure" issues disappeared and the neck relief benefits remained. I've been using the pillow for about a month and recently purchased one for my husband as well.

Update! We have now had these pillows for several months and still love them! We are side *and* back sleepers and find this pillow very comfortable for both. When side-sleeping, we roll onto the side lobes which are firm enough to keep our heads well supported and in good alignment, yet not too firm as to be uncomfortable. When back sleeping, we just roll back to the middle pocket.

I'm a chiropractor and I sell this in my office. I sell it because I began personally using it and it was hands down the best pillow I've ever had. I read the reviews about too big, too hard, etc. There is a period which you have to go through to get your neck use to the pillow. Chiropractic adjustments will help during this period. I recommend, if the pillow hurts or seems too big, begin with a rolled up towel, gradually increasing the size of the roll until your neck adapts to the reintroduction of your cervical curve. Note this pillow has a roll of different diameter on opposite sides. If it doesn't feel like enough support, simply flip over to the larger roll. My neck seems to change on a day to day basis. Sometimes the small roll does not have enough support, and sometimes the large roll seems like too much. I also recommend the gentle over the standard. The petite core are better for children. Even women and small adults should be able to use the standard size.

I have a bad neck and I've tried every contour/ortho pillow under the sun despite the cost. I had finally found one and stuck with it for several years (contour cloud) but it had to be replaced every 4-5 months because it would flatten after a while. I decided to try one of these tricore pillows and I must admit that it took me longer than usual to get used to it. I almost gave up on it, but after two weeks I was sleeping like a baby and waking without pain. I would suggest starting with the smaller, softer one (midcore) pillow and then progressing to the tricore. I started with the firm one and I think that was my mistake. I'm ordering another for traveling.

I didn't have any neck pain to relieve when I bought this pillow. I chose it because I thought it would provide a sort of head-cradling feel, which I like. In retrospect, that was an unrealistic expectation.

It's a very well-made pillow, but this firm version is *really* firm. Also, it puts too much pressure on the base of my skull--I'm guessing that even the narrower of the two "lobes" is too wide for the length of my neck. (I'm 5' 3".)

If you really love firm pillows, or if your doctor recommends this type of pillow, go for it. But if you're just a casual shopper looking for a comfy pillow, this might not be the one for you.

It is a good firm pillow, but only if you sleep on your back. If you roll onto your side like I do in the middle of the night, the design seem to fold in my face.

This will soften your nails! And enable them to be cut! (Add Epssom salts if you want a beauty treatment, besides...)

Homedics SS-4510B Soundspa Autoset Clock Radio

Homedics SS-4510B Soundspa Autoset Clock Radio
  • Projects the time in soothing blue light
  • 6 peaceful nature sounds: ocean, waterfall, summer night, rainforest, thunder & rain
  • Wake to nature sounds, am/fm radio or beep tone
  • Automatic time set and daylight savings time adjustment
  • Am/fm clock radio with led display
  • 6 Nature Sounds
  • Am/Fm Radio Feature
  • Dual Alarms Feature
  • Time Projection

I have three things to say about this clock:

1. If you, like me, hate a loud beeping alarm, this one lets you pick 6 "nature" sounds to choose from, and you can set the volume on those -or on the beep. This is, to me, a fabulous feature, and the reason I bought the clock in the first place.

2. It's a clock. It's a radio. It's a white noise machine. It's R2D2. (Ok, no, but the projector piece makes me think the video of Leia is going to show up on my ceiling.)

3. It's *ridiculously* bright. There are two settings on this clock, Really Bright and OH-MY-GOD-AM-I-IN-TIMES-SQUARE? bright. It cast a shadow of me on the wall while I slept. If you keep the clock across the room from you, maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but mine is on my bedside table and it was like sleeping with a flashlight in my eyes.

I'm not kidding, I could read by it in bed.

Buy Homedics SS-4510B Soundspa Autoset Clock Radio Now

The clock projection is mounted on the wrong side of the clock. This would have been an ideal clock except that the project can be tilted only at a 90 degree angle, allowing the projection on the wall behind the clock. If you need to see the time on the ceiling, you have to turn the clock around backwards to have the time project overhead. I returned this clock to Amazon for a Sony Projector Nature Sounds Dream Machine which has a 180-degree range of motion in the projector.

Read Best Reviews of Homedics SS-4510B Soundspa Autoset Clock Radio Here

My only excuse is that I purchased this Homedics projection clock/radio using a Christmas gift certificate from a brick and mortar store. But I should have at least looked at the Amazon reviews.

I set up the clock radio, it flawlessly acquired the correct time via the atomic clock, and I set the alarm. I set the light setting on the display for the lowest of the two settings, and oriented the projection on the ceiling. As soon as my light was out, it was evident that the bluish lighted display was producing way to much annoying light, and the projection was not helping in that regard. We've had an Emerson projection clock in our household for a couple of years with a red lighted display and projection which produces no such problem.

Finally, by the early hours of the morning, I'd had enough. The comment someone made about Homedics clocks producing enough light to make shadow puppets was apt. The only good thing I can say about it was that it made enough light so that I had little trouble in what would have otherwise been the dark to find the cord and plug and pull it out of the outlet, so that I could finally turn off that blasted over-bright display and properly relax for a bit of sleep.

It is going back to the store at the next opportunity. And I won't make assumptions that nobody could mess up the manufacture of something as simple as a clock display. I'll read the reviews next time and steer clear of Homedics clocks.

Want Homedics SS-4510B Soundspa Autoset Clock Radio Discount?

I did not read all reviews, so this may have already been mentioned. It was said the time reflects on the ceiling backwards. If you turn the clock away from you, the time projects correctly, and the light is not in your face. Can't deal with being awakened by startling noises of an alarm clock(who's idea was that). Have to have a sound machine.Thanx.

This is a very poor quality product. The alarm could only be set once. When I tried to change the alarm set time it would not change. I then tried clearing everything by removing the battery. Not only would the alarm still not reset, but now the time and date could not be set. Typical chinese made garbage. This product is so bad that Michigan based HoMedics must know that it doesn't work and just doesn't care. Wish I still had my receipt--now all I can do is throw it in the trash.

Tranquileyes Single

TranquilEyes Eye Hydrating Therapy Kit ~ Basic, LavenderI suffer from severe dry eye, to the point of actually losing some of my vision in my left eye. I also have glaucoma, and I'm only 47! My Dr. recommened this product, and I am SO glad he did! Their office is hoping to sell this product at a future date, so patients with problems like mine can get the product immediately. When I wake up, my eyes are rested, along with my body. It is actually comfortable to wear! I didn't realize it, but for years, my body fought with itself for sleep, because my eye would open a tiny bit during sleep, and over time, that will really dry out your eyes. We aren't talking about a wrinkle under your eye, or maybe something that we think makes us look old, it can actually take away sight! Please, (and I have NO affiliation with this company at all!) if you have dry eyes, try this product, I honestly don't think you'll be disappointed!

I recently got the Tranquileyes after suffering for ages with dry eye. I used it a couple of times and seemed to feel some relief. However the strap keeps coming loose and sometimes right off in the middle of the night, losing the seal it is supposed to have to maintain the moisture level. The foam pads glued to the goggles themselves (rather than the removable ones that you wet) are also already coming unglued and I have only had the goggles for 1 month and used them maybe a dozen times. While they do provide some comfort the design really needs to be improved for the price.

I got my Tranquileyes 2 days ago, and have used it twice. So far, so good. I like the comfort I was afraid it would be bulky or cumbersome, as I have a rather small face, but it was very comfortable. I just soaked the pads in warm water and used Tranquileyes for about an hour, and felt very refreshed and my eyes did feel alot better. I'm sorry I didn't order the Tranquileyes water; I think that would enhance it even more. When I reorder eyepads, I'll try it.

I'm all for anything that enhances my quality of life, and Tranquileyes fills the bill.

Those of us with chronic dry eyes will tell you that the condition is generally made worse at night, especially in heated or air conditioned homes. This product helps to alleviate this problem. I recommend it.

I was hopeful about TranquilEyes, but after using it (and having some compromised sleep) for 3 weeks, it has not seemed to make a difference in my night time dry eyes. While I am a sensitive sleeper, and know that not everyone is, the goggles were really pretty comfortable. I just didn't see any change in the dryness of my eyes from them.

ResMed Quattro FX for Her Full Face Mask Frame System

ResMed Quattro FX for Her Full Face Mask Frame SystemI bought a new CPAP mask several months ago that was a gel mask in a flimsy plastic frame. The frame broke on the top almost immediately but was able to super-glue it together. It just never fit right and it scratched my nose where the break was. This new mask is a God-send. It fits well, is very easy to clean and is sturdy enough that I don't need to be afraid of breaking it. The only critisim I have (and it is minor) is that my old one had hooks instead of tabs for the sides. It was easier to take off at night when I get up. This one takes a bit more to reconnect in the dark. But, I would gladly trade that for the better fit.

Himalayan SALT Rock Crystal Green ion NEW! CANDLE Lamp

Himalayan SALT Rock Crystal Green ion NEW! CANDLE LampIt is a very stress Relieving lamp and is perfect for any room it could even work as a child's night light

I really love salt lamps. Even if you do not agree with any health claims, it offers any room a soft gentle glow great for grown-up night lights. It is also rather romantic. I do agree with many of its health claims. The cost was also reasonable as compared with those sold in stores.

I get so many compliments on this. It is on all the time and I do feel that it has helped with the cat and dog dander. The light on at night is not so bright that it keeps you awake. This is a really cool lamp, reasonably priced and seems to help my breathing.
