Dream Essentials Dreamer Sleep Masks
Absolute favorite thing about this mask: soft on bridge of nose.
Awesome: machine washable (hello!), doesn't dig into bridge of nose, really is 100% light blocking (for me, anyway), cotton-y and cushion-y against face so it doesn't smush your eyelids or irritate facial skin, weird strap is actually pretty comfortable and holds mask in place (even for an "active" sleeper like myself).
You might want to know: that the Velcro straps on the side have never given me a problem, I've always found the elastic to be sufficient enough for my (admittedly large) head, there is a vast "sweet spot" where the strap will hold the mask in place without injury or discomfort--it's not rocket science. I was tentative about this mask because of the review(s) that mentioned the Velcro (some here and some from other sites). Turns out, they might irritate your face if can't figure out how to take the strap off and turn it around so the Velcro is on the outside... and that's very easy to do. It's a non-issue, really.
If I had to say something critical: I guess I'd say that it can be warm but that's true with anything you might strap to your face while you sleep. This is cooler than any other mask I've tried, mostly because of the cotton backing, and also because I haven't tried other higher-end (read: costs more than ten bucks) masks. But why would I need to?
So, it's expensive, yes; but if you're going to use this most nights then it's well worth the investment. It's like the difference between the three dollar pillow and the ten dollar pillow: even if it doesn't last forever, it's worth the seven bucks. This sleep mask is soft, keeps the light out, and is great in general except for one thing: the adjustable strap. If you have a big head, the strap fits too tightly, and does not have enough velcro to lengthen. I will have to sew in some strips of velcro to modify. No issues if you don't have a big head. It's worth the minor inconvenience because of the quality and performance, and it's also made in the USA.

I have tried many sleep masks, and the Dreamer takes the prize for being the best. It blocks out the light, has an adjustable strap and is very comfortable. You cannot go wrong with this one!The sleep masks(I bought two) are well-padded so there is no pressure on the eyeballs and it is easy to breathe. They are effective at keeping light out. The fabric looks silky but the fluffy cotton backing quickly attracts dust and hair. Worst fault is the tie holding the mask on the head with velcro tabs. It is thin, unpleasant to touch and too small for most women (with hair). I shall have to insert extra material (or wear a scarf through the tie loops). The mocha colour is nondescript but the sage is okay. They are poorer quality than the sage and blue velvet, satin-backed, lavender-filled masks bought from this manufacturer in 2005. One mask was delivered by courier, the other took a month to arrive by post. This pack contained no spongy earphones.Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Lavender Vanilla Blissful Sleep Body Wash 10 oz
DR. ALKAITIS Organic Night Creme 1oz
It is a light creme and spreads well. I paired the night creme with the serum oil and have seen wonderful results on
my skin. However, expect to only get half of the bottles worth of product because the pump broke and the creme was difficult to
remove from the inside of the bottle. Expensive for only half a bottle of creme. Disappointing.

Resmed Tubing Wrap #33963 for 6' Standard CPAP Supply Line
I highly recommend this to anyone who uses a CPAP device, and especially to those who have curious little cats! :O)I have never been disappointed by any Resmed product and am not disappointed by this tubing wrap. I must warn any user of a VPAP (not a CPAP or other single tube breathing device) that this wrap will not fit easily over a tube that also has a luer tube attached. I would recommend using a respirator tube sock in its place.

Originally they sent the right invoice but wrong product, a tube. I contacted them and mentioned what a drag it would be for me, with current (walking pain at extreme level) disability would make it difficult to return, much less stand in those long post office lines. They just sent me the right item and no return was necessary. The Tubing Wrap looks nice, goes on easily, a little hard to keep the thing in place right to the end on each end, but no doubt I could find a simple way if I put time into it. I'd recommend this product and company.Read Best Reviews of Resmed Tubing Wrap #33963 for 6' Standard CPAP Supply Line Here
I am not sure if it is keeping the heat in, but it sure makes the hose quieter when it moves. Plus it makes it easier to adjust since the ridges in the tubes are covered. I don't care if it is keeping the tube warm, it was worth every penny for the convenience that it provides.Want Resmed Tubing Wrap #33963 for 6' Standard CPAP Supply Line Discount?
The hose cover does the job it should. No problems with the zipper. It is actually a little long for the hose, but that is not really a problem. Definitely reduces the noise of the hose rubbing the nightstand all night long.Shipping was incredibly fast. I received this item before other items in the same order even shipped.
Nature's Resource Valerian, 400mg Active, Capsules - 100 ea
Update: I've been taking two a night, as the bottle suggests, and I am getting a more rested sleep. It's been a week now, and I don't really notice the smell of the pills now either. Good stuff. Celestial Seasons also makes a tea with Valerian, so if you don't like pills, perhaps try that.

Ancient Minerals Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil 8 oz.
I strongly encourage anyone to try magnesium oil for themselves. Most Americans are magnesium deficient, largely because the quality of our soils has declined, greater consumption of processed foods, and the increase of calcium intake (e.g., via dairy or food supplements) without a corresponding increase in magnesium. Calcium is an antagonist to magnesium uptake and therefore must be balanced with adequate magnesium. In fact, adequate magnesium is required to properly assimilate magnesium.
Using magnesium oil is an excellent means to rapidly boost magnesium levels without many of the drawbacks of oral magnesium supplements (e.g., intestinal discomfort). That's not to say there is no place for magnesium supplements (especially if they are Krebs cycle salts). If you experience burning or itching, I encourage you to try my suggestions (above) for reducing these sensations, and not to give up on transdermal magnesium. If you give it a good try, you will most likely discover that the health benefits you gain will far exceed any initial discomfort you may experience while your body adapts to magnesium oil.I have been using Ancient Minerals Magnesium oil for about 3 months now, and I can not get enough of this stuff! It has done wonders for me, I share my testimonial with any and everyone that will listen. I sleep better, I am more relaxed, my 6 year stretch of a migraine a month is over. I am so happy to say that I no longer take magnesium orally, there is no need to when you are using the Ancient Minerals, I know my body needs and loves it, it just absorbs it right up! At first, there was a bit of stinging but I knew that it was because I had been depriving myself of the magnesium I needed for my body to function properly. I just stuck with it and 2 weeks into my everyday routine, the stinging subsided and now I just put the oil on and go! I am so anxious to try the other products such as the gel and the bath flakes, I'm sure if they are half as wonderful as this oil, then they will be a great addition to my magnesium protocol!

As Dr. Mark Sircus' web site video implies to me, if we could swim regularly in the ocean we would likely have less if any need to shore up vitally needed magnesium in human health maintenance systems. According to many medical professionals [including Dr. Sircus] exposing a growing number of magnesium deficiencies, transdermal magnesium oil can be of vital assistance for absorbing this life maintaining mineral. Dr. Sircus recommends the ANCIENT MINERALS brand, which is offered on this Amazon page. [See his landmark book, Transdermal Magnesium Therapy]
I've noticed some curiosity expressed here about the price difference and possible quality or strength difference between ANCIENT MINERALS/Genuine Zechstein mag oil [for sale on this Amazon buying page] vs. SWANSON ULTRA/Zechstein Inside, Magnesium Oil 8 fl oz (237 ml) Spray. *[My review on the Swanson Ultra Amazon page gives a personal, detailed endorsement of any pure magnesium chloride brine used transdermally. Please feel free to read that and apply its contents to both of these offerings.]
I've recently purchased and tried this Ancient Mineral brand. It appears to me to be equal to the Swanson Ultra offering, yet I have detected a difference, by taste, as noted in this video review. The pricing at this time of posting this review, on each of these potentially lifesaving products, in an 8 oz spray bottle, is:
-$29 free shipping Ancient Minerals
-$9 + $5 shipping = $14 Swanson Ultra
Both indicate that they are supersaturated solutions of magnesium chloride brine water from the ancient Zechstein Seabed. I believe they are. I don't know if one is a stronger solution than the other. Here are some of the factors I looked at which might relate here:
1. I have read on the Ancient Minerals web site that they believe it is acceptable to make your own brine water from the magnesium flakes from the Zechstein seabed. I was honestly pleased to read that because I do make and use my own solution from the flakes [though I can't make it as super saturated as AM could, won't be able to test contents, and I use tap water].
2. I have read on the Zechstein Minerals mine site that they cannot recommend making your own brine water from the flakes, due to a few trace residuals which come through from the breakdown, evaporation process of obtaining flakes from the mined brine solution. Included in that list, in bare trace amounts at a parts per million level [which the site says are not hazardous], are magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide chloride, and some hydrochloric acid in the vapor stream. I recommend visiting their web site to read about this. I appreciated this information, especially the list of residuals, so I can make up my mind whether I'm concerned about them in my case.
3. According to an interesting, helpful discussion topic I read on a web site [CureZone] ANCIENT MINERALS invests time and resources to test each batch they sell of mg brine water, providing a list of the solution content including trace elements. I've checked the AM web site and seen this batch test results list for April 28, 2009. Also, from text included on my spray bottle of AM mg oil, this appreciated information is included: 8 sprays = approx 100 mg elemental magnesium. I've also read and recommend the Magnesium for Life web site, which offers quite a bit of interesting information. I've watched some excellent videos made by Dr. Mark Sircus on his web site, and on YouTube.
One thing which stands out in my mind from all this is a comment Dr. Sircus made about wanting to know the precise contents in each batch of mg chloride brine, even that which comes from the Zechstein site. Sircus said, to this effect, "You shouldn't trust what someone else says about that." That seemed to me like a wise assessment which was probably backed by experience. Taking this type of care gives extra costs which must be covered and which I'm willing to pay.
However, I also understand why Swanson's medical spokesperson, Dr. Barbara Hensen, living closer to the Netherlands mine site, seems to be comfortably familiar with the Zechstein mining people and process. I can see why she and Swanson trust the product they receive from that mining process. I've formed an intuitive opinion for myself, and given the background provided in my review on the Swanson Ultra mag oil buying page here on Amazon:
I believe that for me, both these two magnesium oil products [and possibly others I haven't investigated] are of excellent value in shoring up human nutrition and deficiencies. I will continue to buy and use both of them.
I will likely continue to use the highest volume of the Swanson products due to their ability to offer such excellent pricing, yet I will always keep on hand a parallel bottle of the Ancient Minerals spray as well. As I have done with SWANSON and will continue to do, I want to support ANCIENT MINERALS and its supporters; they've proven their integrity to me, and web sites from both these companies have given invaluable information.
Companies like these two, and their people and medical professional sponsors, are God Sends to me. I appreciate them more than I can say, along with their willingness to work with Amazon to get their vital products to a larger marketplace, which includes me.
My eternal thanks to Amazon, Swanson, and Ancient Minerals,
Linda Shelnutt

Love this stuff! I don't like taking supplemental Magnesium due to gastrointestinal side effects, so this is wonderful! know most of us are deficient in Magnesium which is SO important for cardiovascular health, bone health, neuromuscular optimization, overall healing. I personally find it VERY helpful as a gentle sleep aide, since I do not like prescription or even OTC medications as a rule. I also have found an interesting use for it as the other reviews/info says, there may be a slight stinging sensation when it is applied (by the way, not a big deal not painful, but not soothing either), but for some reason, when I put it on my underarms there was no stinging whatsoever. Well, I noticed that I don't need any deodorant when I put this on me my underarms remain fairly dry (I exercise quite a bit so I will sweat some then, but NO smell). Anyway, I am psyched about this interesting added plus! Love the product. Thank you!Want Ancient Minerals Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil 8 oz. Discount?
For those who are shopping around for magnesium chloride, the gold standard seems to be the magnesium chloride brine coming from the Zechstein seabed, mined and manufactured by Zechstein Minerals. After much researching and comparison I decided on Swanson because they are one of the few purveyors of MgCl "oil" that carries the "Zechstein Inside" logo. Because Swanson is so much cheaper than Ancient Minerals, which also markets Zechstein, I decided on Swanson. I believe Swanson can offer much cheaper prices because they are so big, they can buy in huge quantity at the best prices. Whether Ancient Minerals is worth more than twice for the same product, I have no idea. But it would be hard for me to believe it, because both claim to be nothing more than 100% magnesium chloride from Zechstein. Here is the link to the Zechstein website:

Vinyl Mattress Protector 6 Gauge - Zippered (9" depth) Queen Size
It isn't overly thick and bulky or ridiculously thin and pointless like some other vinyl mattress protectors. It doesn't prevent you from getting a good night's sleep or make you regret the purchase while changing your sheets. This product is not only a perfect fit with a reasonable price, but it is an excellent investment.I brought this product for my new pillow-top mattress set, and I am very satisfied with this product. It is easy to put on; easy to clean (just spay down and wipe off with a cloth); and there is no plastic sound at all!!! Brought one for my box spring also. Great item to have to have the longest use of your mattress set.

We used this for about a year when my daughter was a baby (and spitting up a lot). We didn't want to have to clean our mattress if anything ever spilled in our bed. We had no problems with ripping/tearing...the zipper worked well and it served its purpose.Read Best Reviews of Vinyl Mattress Protector 6 Gauge - Zippered (9" depth) Queen Size Here
Two years ago I would have given this product a rave 5 star review, because when we bought two of them then (one for our mattress, one for my son's), they were really wonderful. Very thick and sturdy. They are still holding up well. Recently I bought another to put on our box springs, and it's a completely different product. The vinyl feels entirely different it's thin and ripped in several spots while we were working it over the box springs. They are literally side by side for comparison. I feel tricked. I looked in my buying history to make sure that I bought the very same cover because I was so happy with the two we already had, but the seller has pulled a switcharoo.Anyhow, this would explain the older 5 star reviews, and the newer 1 star reviews.

I bought these online thinking they were going to be different than the ones I buy around where I live for $5.00. Boy was I wrong..I can buy these for $5.00 (the same exact product) in a store around where I live. This breaks easily..if you have kids and they jump on the bed, forget about it, they will rip. I bought two of these thinking they were going to be different than the ones they sell around my way. When me and my husband were putting this on our mattress (I realized I had been ripped off, but didn't want to endure the hassle of sending it back to the seller) it ripped. The zipper broke (mind you we were being extra careful) and there's a hole on the other side of it. Don't waste your money on this..it's not worth it!
I don't know if the rest of these reviews are fake or unaware that you can get this product 10x cheaper elsewhere! Horrible quality.
