This is a faulty product. The servce is great.

I couldn't get the hose connected as it had

come apart as I found out with the replacement.

Now something else leaks so they are sending

a replacement pump. It has been over a month.

If this doesn't work I want my money back.

The lady in customer service is very helpful

and nice and everything is sent FedX.

Love the matress genie. I bought this for my son who suffers from reflux, he can adjust his self in his bed and he loves it. It is nosey, sound like a vaccum cleaner but well worth it. Great price.

This was labeled TWIN, but it's a double. It sticks out about 12 inches from the sides. Also, the hand control is not lighted. I have one for a queen bed and the control is lighted, so it's easy to find in the dark. This is my 3rd Mattress Genie, so you can tell that I am pretty happy overall.

We bought this for my mom, just out of the hospital. She has a twin bed and we bought the mattress genie in twin size. It was assembled exactly as the instructions required. It is basically an electrically pumped up plastic balloon. It is not strong enough to go under the head of the mattress to lift it. We put it under the pillows--but they kept sliding off. This is a wonderful product. I have had one on my king size bed now for several years. I ordered 2 more. One for my Mom's bed and another for our guest bed. It really helps if you have a problem with Acid Reflux. Best thing you can do for yourself is get one.
