I have severe neck problems due to extremely high load of homework and compute-using. I bought this massager because of lots of positive reviews. However, I've found it not very satisfactory. The two rotating massager are rather hard and sometimes they hurt my bones. The heat is good, I can actually feel it. I like the circular motion but it's very limited. I can only massage very small part of my neck. there is no way you can massage your lower shoulder by using this product. Overall, it's ok to try it. I don't regret spending 70 dollars on it. It does relieve the pain at certain degree.

I have chronic neck pain, this thing works pretty good. It can be a bit intense at first. After the first time using it, I took a break for a couple of days before using it again (felt sore, but overall better). After that, my body got used to it and it was fine. I use it on my neck at the base of my skull and also the bottom part of my neck, near the shoulders. It increased the range of motion in my neck and decreased pain.

I need to turn the pillow upside-down to use it (maybe my neck is short for this thing?), which makes more difficult to access the remote control. If the cord on the remote was longer, that would help. I also wish that I could control how far apart the shiatsu balls are (make them closer to my spine). I would get a better massage that way, but it's workable for me. I also wish that the heat function was warmer (I have a shiatsu back massage unit, it's heat is warmer.) I love the length of the cord that plugs into the wall, it's really long.

I use the pillow while lying down in bed I don't get enough pressure when using it in a chair. That's fine by me, I should be fully relaxed anyway. This is a very helpful item for me.

Very happy I decided to get this massager pillow. Its small enough to take anywhere and it does a great job. The heat function is great as well. You can basically position this anywhere you want. Neck, shoulders, back, lower back... awesome. I would definitely purchase this as a gift for a loved one.
