People make fun of Alex Chiu all the time. Yes, his claims seem outlandish. Yes, he's a bit socially awkward and eccentric. But these rings DO work! Do they make you live forever? I doubt it strongly, but they do help you sleep better, heal faster, help boost your immune system, and so on. I've been wearing the rings for years and I've been sick once or twice in 5 years. I've just started wearing his foot braces and taking Gorgeouspil as well, and so far, I notice even FURTHER beneficial effects.

Make fun of Alex all you want, but remain open minded enough to give these rings and his foot braces a shot -you'll be glad you did.

I should write my own review since I have so much to say about them.

So here is my review of Alex Chiu's magnetic finger rings.

I have owned these rings made by Alex Chiu for several years, but

I haven't used them, because I wasn't sure HOW to use them and I

had lost the instructions. I found the rings the other day

and came here to Amazon to see if I could find instructions, which

I did. I've been using the rings for the past couple nights and

I have to say I am very impressed. I am sleeping less, waking up

earlier and waking up full of energy. I can hardly keep my eyes

open once the rings are on. I've woken up with my book on the floor

next to the bed and the light on, two mornings in a row, the rings

put me to sleep so fast I couldn't even remember falling asleep and

I slept with the light on all night (which is unheard of for me, I

usually need an eye mask to block any trace of light to sleep).

The result I didn't expect from these rings is that my shoulder pain

has improved so much since I started sleeping with these on. I

think that is why I'm sleeping so well too, the pain isn't keeping me

awake.

It's only been 2 days, so I'll report back with more results after a

couple of weeks. But so far, I'm impressed!

Note: I've used magnetic mattress pad and magnetic eye mask for

more than 20 years with great results from both, so I'm very familiar

with therapeutic use of magnets. The magnets that

Alex used in these rings are SUPER strong and very effective. (Just

remember that magnets always work better if you are hydrated. Drink

a glass of water before bed for best results.)

Also--I got some "white out" and put a dot on the "+" that should face up

on the right hand pinky and on the "+" that should face down on the left hand

pinky. (The rings are marked with raised "+" signs, but the white out makes it easier

to put them on in dim lighting without examining them each time.)

My 3rd night with the rings and I was able to keep them on my hands wearing gloves over them to sleep. They kept slipping off. They are bulky and a little uncomfortable, but I fell asleep so fast. It was like I took sleeping pills, but I did not take them. I just put the rings on and I felt like I had to go sleep, the feeling when you take sleeping pills and your head feels like it needs to sleep becuase it is slighly dizzy. Thats how i felt when i put the rings on. I woke up feeling rested and ready to take on the day. I usually up tired. I feel a tingling through all the way up my arms when I put the rings on. I do not know the effect they have or if it works. I dont know if its a placebo like people say, but I dont care. I like them. The first 2 nights, they kept sliding off my fingers so I could not feel their total effect. The third night, i was able to keep them on, and it made a difference to my sleeping. I slept well.

This product is really bad. The edges of the rings are really sharp and potentially could hurt your fingers.

It's made of cheap plastic and it's very uncomfortable to wear.

Let's face it, these rings probably don't do anything. Most likely any benefits gained from these rings is a result of a placebo effect. In any case there's no way to prove it one way or the other. I've worn them for a month and haven't noticed anything but I'll give them at least a year until I dismiss them completely.

One big problem with these rings is that they are very uncomfortable to wear, the plastic is very hard and pointy. And there have been several nights where they've fallen off, or where my hands have gotten too close and the rings have stuck to each other. I'm going to make a finger sleeve soon, hopefully that helps with the comfort problem.
