I use Melatonin every night and had worked my way up to 30 mg of Melatonin every night (a lot, I know). I figured I'd give the powder a shot since it would save me a significant amount of money versus pills. I bought a scale but it wasn't accurate enough as it only measured 0.1 grams. My bad. I then bought a more sensitive scale, measuring 0.01 grams and even that's not accurate enough as anything below/near 30 mg is hit or miss (e.g., I can add or subtract entire "micro scoops" with hardly a change in the weight being displayed). In conclusion, while the supplement itself may work well the process of measuring it is difficult at best unless you have lab-grade equipment.
