I bought this as a lucid dreaming aid. Originally purchased it when it was available in 100 grams. I was excited when I felt the tingly effects rush onto my skin when taking it the first time. It works great for lucid dreaming as it has improved my vividness and recall. It gives me very detailed and long dreams after falling asleep and a euphoric and pumped feeling or rush when it's kicking in. At the same time, it is calming. Tasting the powder alone tingles your tongue slightly for a quick second, though it is flavorless. I mix a few grams of it in with a smoothie. You can barely taste it, or not at all.
