I love the muslin washcloth and the swaddle blankets but the terry hooded towel is disappointing as it pills, shrinks all weird and is not soft.

I wish I had found this set when our son was born. These washcloths are fantastic. They are larger than a typical washcloth for infants and toddlers, and are nice and soft. Perfect for children. And the towel is fantastic. I think this is now my go to present for new parents. I can't tell you how great it is to have a towel and washcloth that are of good quality, soft material and are a decent size.

the size is good, it's bigger than most hooded baby towels. but it doesn't maintain softness. after 3 washes it because stiff and scratchy (and i dry carefully in the dryer). i found that i like the hooded bath towels from pottery barn better.

It is a large hooded towel. Not exceptionally soft or decorative. There are better products out there.
