I received this item as a gift and have been using it everyday, for approximately 15 minutes, for the past month. I have seen slight improvements in my fine lines and acne. I do not like the goggles that came with the light, so I bought my own. The led lights' face is very large and can cover almost half my face. You can use the item as red or blue light only, or a combination of both.
It would be very difficult to gauge the efficacy of this product as there are no immediate noticeable results. This type of light is also supposed to help with SAD and it clearly does nothing in that regard. It is also annoying that it shuts itself off after a few minutes--it came with no manual or instructions, so who can tell if it's staying on long enough to actually help--in any regard?
