I have been a long time fan of Tylenol P.M. When I was doing Trade shows here was a lot of traveling and unusual hours for sleeping involved. I have paid as much as $2.50 per caplet in hotel vending machines. It seemed worth it at the time for a good night's sleep. After retiring I don't need them quite as often but every once in a while I go through a sleepless period and so does my husband. I thought I was being thrifty buying the Equate brand from Walmart but the other day I forgot to put them on the list and we were completely out. I belong to Prime and so I decided to check Amazon and found MM Acetaminophen PM.500mg 500 caplets. What a buy! I can see no difference between the brands but you get a whole lot more for your money with this generic. Great product with Amazon's great service. You can't go wrong on this one. This lasts a long time because it is so big and it is affordable as well. If the packaging was the same as the non-generic kind, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between that and this.I was very pleased to have these pills work as well as Tylenol PM at such a great price! Would recommend this product without hesitation. Glad to find an inexpensive alternative to Tylenol PM.I used to take sleeping pills, and wanted to get off the habit. I tried Tylenol PM and it worked OK, most of the time. This product is cost effective and I feel works better. The pills are large, not capsules, but easy to swallow. I sleep well, with no hangover. This generic product seems to be equivalent to Tylenol PM. It works well to relieve pain and to help me sleep (and the price is right).
