Phenibut is an interesting substance. Here are the pros and cons to this substance, based on my personal experience with it:

Pros:

1) With the appropriate dosing, severely diminishes all forms of anxiety.

2) Increases libido.

3) Improves the quality of sleep significantly.

4) Puts you in a great mood.

5) Everything seems more interesting.

Cons:

1) Its very addictive. Especially for people who suffer from debilitating social anxiety.

2) If you use it more than two times a week, you have a high likelihood of experiencing severely unpleasant withdrawals when you stop. Similar to benzo withdrawals. Nothing to mess with.

3) Tolerance builds quickly.

4) Dosing is tricky. Too little, and it's a waste of effect. Too much, and you will be throwing up for hours.

5) Chemical karma -any anxiety you escaped by using this product, will probably be increased on the days you are not using it.

Good Advice:

1) Use as directed. Only two times a week, and never more than 2 days in a row (preferably never two days in a row).

2) Mix with a small amount of juice, you'll barely taste it.

3) 1 gram for starters. 2 or 2.5 grams after you are accustomed to it, for alleviation of social anxiety. These are general guidelines, some people will need more, others less.

4) Be careful. Respect the substance, and your-self.

5) Be patient, it takes about 2 hours to kick in.

This supplement does a very good job for helping me relieving stress and feeling in control. I also take picamilon powder which I feel increases my mental focus and alertness. The Phenibut itself has a very good effect and is pretty consistent. The comedown is good and steady. This Liftmode Phenibut is PURE, of good quality, and the effect is always good.
