I use earplugs frequently while studying for grad school while room-mates/significant others watch television in common areas as well as when I sleep. I've used several different brands in the past, but Mack's Ultra Soft are definitely the best. They are super comfortable, I get several uses out of each pair, and they block a lot of background noises. I sleep so soundly I actually had to change the setting on my alarm clock because I didn't hear it one morning!

I am a light sleeper, and I was really having a hard time getting to and staying asleep when we moved into a city apartment in the middle of everything. I tried so many different kinds of earplugs, but these earplugs by Mack's are my favorite. They are soft and comfortable, but they expand well when I put them in my ear. I hear basically nothing when they are in place. I go through them like crazy (I try not to wear the same plugs twice or else I start getting sick), but I have found these are the best value for my money.

My husband snores. LOUD! My mom gave me a small pack of these & I loved them! So when I ran out, I went to every drugstore in my area to find them without success.
