Sleepinal Night-Time Sleep Aid, Maximum Strength, Capsules, 32 ct.

Sleepinal Night-Time Sleep Aid, Maximum Strength, Capsules, 32 ct.I have to tell you, if you have a hard time getting to sleep, this will for sure help you. Within minutes of taking it my eyes and face musles felt heavy... I previously had a hard time falling to sleep... I think this pill is better for people who need help STAYING asleep. I watched 3/4 of a movie after taking one pill, which sounds bad, but it may be good considering i probably could have watched 2 whole movies otherwise, but I will never know. what I do know is, I will NOT be taking these pills again. I sleep for 10 hours and still feel like I can fall asleep standing up. They say on the box you wake up feeling refreshed, this is NOT the case. You will feel soooo comforatable and heavy in your bed that getting up is the last thing you will want to do. This pill works perfectly if you dont have a family or a job, or any responsibilities at all throughout your day, otherwise do NOT take it. It will ruin your entire day.

While Sleepinal lures you into some seemingly restful sleep, it makes you pay for it the next morning and all through the day. I've been tempted to throw away my pills because I don't want to use them again on a night when I'm desperate for ZZZs and have forgotten the damaging effects of taking just one.

When you first swallow Sleepinal you immediately start to feel relaxed and your mind stops buzzing with all those pesky thoughts that can keep you up at night. Soon you're drifting off and into a deep slumber.

The problem is that it's VERY hard to come to coherently the next morning and you may find your muscles heavy, your head spinning and your thoughts mushy all afternoon and evening.

I tried to give Sleepinal a second, third, even fourth chance, but every time I've taken it I've quickly regretted it as I struggled to wake several hours later.

No amount of deep sleep is worth feeling like a zombie the next day! Skip Sleepinal and look for other avenues. I highly recommend trying Sleepytime Tea by Celestial Seasonings instead.

I second what Katie the other reviewer said below if you do not have 10+ hours to sleep these pills are not for you. I am a student and a part time amnesiac. Sometimes my mind is just running and I find it hard to fall asleep. A week ago my boyfriend picked these pills up for me so I could get some restful night sleep after being up for almost 46 hours studying for finals and doing my final papers. Well, I slept for 14 1/2 hours and every single time I've taken them afterward its been impossible to wake up at a decent time even with the alarm screaming metal music at me; I've slept over 10 hours each time. The bed was just so comfortable, I got up turned the alarm off and got right back into bed. Fortunately for me I am just finishing school for the semester so I had the time to sleep but if you don't, I would not recommend these pills.

Secondly, they take forever to kick in for me I love watching the classics and sometimes I can go through a whole one before they start working. They leave you somewhat zombie like the following day. Your head is slightly foggy ad its hard to focus on anything. Also, I believe they give you headaches.

I'm a nurse who works 3-4 days per week, from 0600-1830, which means waking up by 4:30. On the nights before I have to work, I always take one of these pills at 7pm so that I can fall asleep by 8pm. It is always effective in helping me fall asleep, and I have never felt groggy the next day. Without these pills, I know that I wouldn't get enough sleep to make it through my 12+ hour day.
