Melatrol Sleep Support Capsules (One Month Supply)

This sleep aid made some website's top ten sleep aids. I was interested because Melatrol does not use Valerian,or so I thought. Valerian makes me ill.

Melatrol contains Melatonin,a natural sleep aid. Melatonin is supposed to be produced by each of our bodies. Because I am 75, me body pret much stopped producing Melatonin. Melatonin that comes to me in a pill tends to be rejected by the 75 year old body. It is not "MY" melatonin.

Label is SO Hard to read for ingredients, uses tiny, 1 point type size. IF you use a magnifying glass, the label is plain as day. Valerian IS in these pills.

Tryptophan is the largest ingredient in the Melatrol pill, maybe. SeeThere is a lot to know about what promotes absorption of natural chemicals that move us

toward both sleep and relaxation. Note: These Melatrol ingredients are touted as herbs, the implication is that herbs are safer than man made chemicals. Herbs are naturally occurring chemicals that have been tested for medicinal properties.

Melatrol kept me awake.

I got a roaring upset G I track, needed Imodium for diarrhea. Roaring, strikes-in-the-night diarrhea. Plus again the next day.

Melatrol has the worst aroma I have ever suffered. Against my intuition I took the med. I got sick. Melatrol kept me awake.

Cannot recommend. And I certainly will not take all these Melatrol pills.

Which I purchased from Amazon for the convenience. I buy quite a lot from Amazon.

I used Melatonin before and decided to try Melatrol after reading an article from magazine. It works pretty much the same to me as Melatonin but much more expensive and not easy to buy. I ca but Melatonin from GNC or other major retailers.
