I have a ten year old son who is autistic. He has always had trouble falling asleep, despite our best efforts with sleep routines. I chew 2-3 of these on nights when I'm restless. Sometimes I'll even give a tab to my 9 year old who is sometimes restless in the evening. 30 minutes tops and we are both yawning and preparing for bed. These are work very well and my daughter loves the taste. They're an interesting taste--menthol and mint concoction but tasty nonetheless.
