This chair arrived and we set it next to our Pride Lift chair and it looked like a toy. It appears to be made for a 90 lb. woman who is

5 ft. tall. Yikes

I am very happy with this chair, I love it. It is very comfortable & the color I like. I had purchased the Easy Comfort 2 position first & I exchanged that because of being uncomfortable. I give this LC 362 The highest rating , because of the comfort & the price. You pay no shipping charge & no taxes. I highly recommand this chair. Amazon was very nice & did the swap & the delivery men were so nice. I have never ordered a product from Amazon at this price. BUT they gave me my credit & the people I dealt with were very nice & helpful. I would order thro Amazon again & have no fear in doing so. I can not thank Amazon enough & The chair is a great one.

I got this chair for my 89 year old mother and ten minutes after it was setup and working my mother was a sleep. Sometimes you are concerned about buying items like this online verses a furniture store you won't get service when you need it. The chair had an issue with its lift motor on Monday I called their service department and by the afternoon they had called me back with a service technician name and number. Tuesday afternoon the technician called and said he had the parts to fix the chair and he would be be there Wednesday morning. The chair got fixed and my mom is happy again. The manufacturing company made good on their warranty without fuss and quick to resolve the issue.

I believe this failure wasn't something the manufacture could control and I would highly recommend this chair to anyone in need of lift chair.

I purchased this chair for my Dad who is having mobility problems. This chair is easy to use and was easy to set up. The speed at which the chair moves is good and is not jarring on his joints. This chair is also no too soft, it is firm enough to provide good back support. The chair is also just wide enough to make for comfortable sleeping.
