One of the ways that I have dealt with my chronic pain for the past several years is to use prescription sleeping pills. And while Lunesta is wonderful stuff, it is expensive and I'm not completely comfortable with the idea of being dependent on it. By using Relax and Sleep, I have been able to cut my usage of Lunesta in half. And on the occasion that I do get to sleep OK, but then wake up in the middle of the night unable to go back to sleep, I can take more of the Relax and Sleep and still wake up without side effects in the morning.
