I have been using melatonin from Davinci for over a year and it is by far the best melatonin I have ever used and I have used all the big store brands. I can take one or two of these and the others I have to take 4-6 with little to no effect. My only problem with this is the time it took to receive was quite lengthy so don't get close to running out before you order.
