This stuff is great. Looks a little gnarly, but the taste isn't as bad as one would think, it's actually kind of sweet. I wouldn't take it on an empty stomach because the amount of vitamins in it would make me sick. All in all, way better than a multivitamin and gives you a ton of energy. Amazing stuff, Jack Lalanne was all about being healthy so how could you go wrong?

Been a Jack LaLanne fan since B/W TV. This liquid vitamin drink looks, smells, and tastes awful even mixed with fruit juice. I felt queasy after the first glass, the next day less than 1 oz caused me to vomit, literally. Has an impressive list of ingredients, don't know what caused the violent reaction, but we sent it back to the company for a refund.
