Our 3 year old likes to wear this mask when he is having trouble sleeping and it really helps him.

I bought this for a very small 16 year old. Perfect in the face size, but this girl has a LOT of thick hair and it just wouldn't go around her head. Had to go to the adult size which is big in the face but right in the diameter. (Not worth shaving her head for a better fitting sleep mask!) She LOVES the adult size: says it is her favorite mask so far. The way it attaches is a very clever design.

I recently bought two of these for our 5 and 6 year old daughters. Where we are living the sun does not go down until very late at night and even with blackout curtains in their room, there is lots of sunlight coming in and keeping them awake. Once the kids started to use these, there was a noticeable difference in how fast they were going to sleep at night. The sleep mask has taken a little getting used to for our 5 year old, but our 6 year old hasn't had any complaints and wears hers every night. I like that the straps are adjustable, and the additional padding under the eyes seems to do a great job of keeping the light out, however my only complaint would be that I would have liked the mask to be a bit bigger, as I feel that the kids may grow out of them soon. I was initially reluctant to spend what seemed like a lot of money for a kid's sleep mask, but they have turned out to be well worth the money.
