I've used this thing for 3 nights now, and it seems to really be working. You just have to get used to the pinching sensation inside your nose. The only problem I have is the price. I bought mine at Walgreens, for around $10. I guess I shouldn't complain because it is working and I did decide to pay that price, but this is nothing more than a tiny piece of moulded rubber. I think $2.99-$3.99 would be more appropriate for what you get.

Worked from day one! I honestly don't know HOW a pressure point can deliver such results but it does and now my wife will again sleep next to me, instead of on the far side of the bed. She always felt compelled to nug me, it seemed like, constantly throughout the night which would wake ME up from a deep sleep. Soooo irritating and, as you can probably guess, it was turning out not to be healthy for the relationship. I could understand...she just wanted some sleep too but I had no idea that I was literally creating a night mare for her. I have been, what I believe, suffering from a post-deviate septum surgery problem that caused a pea-sized whole in my septum and a narrowing of my right nostril, messing up the air flow distribution. It was to the point, go back for another surgery OR spend a little money to try a FEW products out. I was desperate! So the first night was a "snoring pill", drops, PLUS this clip. No snoring for the first night in years. Over the next few nights I was able to narrow it down through a process of elimination to this small, but effective, clip. Who would have thought! This product keeps my air passages open AND helps minimize sniffling at night too (which has been another issue especially during the winter months). You will soon get over the somewhat pressure feeling it gives you when put in place...not painful, just "different". Honestly, I can't feel it now as I lay here tying this review. (One thing I HAVE noticed is that I do have a problem walking around thing it on, like going down strairs for a glass of water. I believe, due to the increased circulation walking around causes, goes to your nose and creates added sinus pressure. It was made for being horizontal I guess. All the same...I sleep more soundly which makes me feel more rested come morning. It actually works so well that I felt compelled to write this review in the middle of the night to "get the word out" to those guys, or gals, who have been forced to sleep separated from the one they love. Now back to real SLEEP.

This product really worked for my husband. He has high blood pressure and snoring is a symptom in some high blood pressure patients. Husband said he was not dreaming (indication of full sleep cycle with REM) and after using this product for a couple of weeks, he was able to go into full REM. I was skeptical. Having reviewed products costing more than $50 to combat my snoring, I almost laughed when my beautiful lady brought home a $6.50 item that seemed to be nothing more than a miniature nose clip. For her sake I tried it. WOW! She claims my loud snoring (which has sometimes driven her out of the bedroom) is now nothing more than a muffled humming sound which doesn't bother her at all.
