Anytime I travel and cross more than a few timezones, I like to use Melatonin to help me sleep at bedtime.
I take a tablet about 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep and it seems to help me sleep through the night without feeling groggy the next day.
I don't know for a fact that the Melatonin helps me sleep, it could be entirely a placebo effect, but I don't care it works for me.
