I've been taking these Sundown 5 mg tablets now for 3 years and they work so good at keeping me asleep. I take 15 mg which is 3 of these pills an hour before I go to sleep and I go to sleep so peacefully and stay asleep for 6-7 hours. It's wonderful with no-side effects except for alot of dreaming.
