I ordered this product when I couldn't get my original product anymore. I ordered only one bottle which was a month's supply according to the instructions on the bottle. I kept researching until I found another product that was 5 mg which was like my original product. I am now using that. I used the Swanson product only for a short time, not long enough to ascertain if it worked the same as my original product.

I bought this directly from Swanson about 2 months ago as a supplement for high blood pressure. Occasionally my pressure goes up somewhat even though I take a small dose of prescription medication (5 mg amlodipine). When my numbers have gone over 130/85 I take half a capsule (it's easy to open and close). About 20 minutes later my headache was gone. After another 20 minutes or so I again took my blood pressure and was amazed. It went down to 110/68. Every time I use this (about once a week) it produces similar results in less than an hour. Although it comes with only 30 capsules the way I use it it's like getting 60. At this time I won't replace this for my prescription. However, as an occasional supplement to help lower blood pressure this is excellent. I will definitely be ordering this again in the future.
