I've started using this mask recently a couple of nights a week in order to protect myself against the cold and dry weather. I'm happy to say that my skin has never looked better! I combine it with a combination retinol/salicylic acid night cream which is super effective but not great with the weather. This sleep mask keeps my skin from drying out and it turns out supple and hydrated the next day. I've also heard this product is great for flights, which also have a tendency to dry out the skin. It's clear so it doesn't look like one of those typical beastly things you think of when you think of skin care masks (no green goop here). I use about three pumps to cover my face and neck.
I cannnot tell the smallest difference in using it. Wish I hadn't wasted my money on this product. It was advertised as highly recommended in a magazine I read, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
