I use this sleep aid for my long hal international flights that are over 13 hours long at times. I usually take 2 pills after about an hour after take off and within 30-45 mins I am out like a light until about an hour before we land with little or no groggy feeling. I defiantly do not recommend any more then 2 tabs in 24 hour period. The box says take 1 tab but depending on your size and weight you can probably take it up just 1 more tab and still not be that groggy when you get up.
equate is a walmart brand which means cheap....i get this same box from walmart for $3 sometimes less...they work best on an empty stomach so i take them a few mins before dinner then by the time im done im ready to just fall out lol its pretty cool

I normally take Tylenol Simply Sleep, which works very well. Walmart didn't have that, so I bought this product. I took 2 of them. I laid awake for hours before finally falling asleep. With the Tylenol, I am usually out in about an hour. I think this product has skimped on ingredients or something. It is a waste of money.

Product works to make your body feel fatigued once you hit the sack. It is not very good at getting you wound down like melatonin products. Overall they work to get me to sleep and I will use the whole bottle; not too sure if I'll buy another though..

You can purchase these for about $4.00 At Walmart. Same strength, same amt of soft gels. I have found they don't work for me as well as the Unisom Brand, but they are much less expensive.
