It is so important to get a good night's sleep...we all feel it when we don't. I am giving this product a full five stars because, very simply, it works! There are no worrisome side effects with the natural ingredients...I have no lingering fatigue in the morning. I get a good night's rest and wake up ready to go. That is saying a lot since I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I don't think that you will be disappointed.
