I've tried other products by Similasan and was pretty disappointed in this one. It doesn't seem to really put me to sleep... I get a tidge drowsy and that's about it.

We have used these globules on every member of our household from age 7 to age 50 and they work across the board.... takes anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour to fall asleep.. the longest was 2 hours for my 8 year old when he was wired for a family trip we were about to take.... he was sooooe xcited and just could not settle down..
