I am a Telephone Triage nurse. I sit all day talking with emotionally-charged patients while typing into a computer. I am stressed out and my body is in a constant state of ... TENSE. In fact it makes me more alert, calm and focused! Amazingly though, if taken before sleep, it does enhance sleep because GABA inhibits over-excitation. GABA contributes to motor control, vision, and many other cortical functions. Anxiety is also regulated by GABA. I begin to feel relaxed 30 minutes after taking two tablets. I even tried giving this to my 21 year old son who has ADD-he didn't want to take "pills" any more, but was willing to take "vitamins". He works at a gas station-convenience store and deals with crabby customers all day. Even he was amazed, stating "Mom what's in this stuff-I feel so relaxed and I was so focused!" I would highly recommend trying this product. I take 2 tablets in the morning while driving to work, sometimes take 2 in the afternoon depending on my day (but rarely) and I usually do take 2 at bedtime.

I have a lot of panic attacks and am a really anxious person, and this really works. It works best for me when I'm anxious for no reasonit calms me down a ton. I tried Kava Kava medicine, and that makes me too relaxed to actually do schoolwork and focus. Sometimes I just feel jittery and overwhelmed... and on those days I chew on one or two of these, and it really does make a difference.
